If I could give zero star I would like to give them. Tried calling them around 100 times and when they pick up the phone they hang up without replying at least.

I tried it for sending documents to Egypt
Cost is almost find comparing it to fastness and quality of service.

Ok, nothing special, many windows with no employees sitting there to serve customers, however, the lady served me was kind and did what I came for.

They operate from 8: 00 Am to 8: 00 Pm

Nobody answers the landline 06-5663333 no matter how many times day or night u keep calling.

Very bad customer service, i kept calling many time to ask for the status of my delivery but no one is there to answer.
