Faeber Trading - BMW Branch

Very pathetic customer service in BMW Road brach. Mr. Hamza was dealing very rudely, and when requested him to deal politely as he is sitting in a brand's outlet, his straight away response was " if you wanna buy, buy else you can get from market and my dealing is this way. "
I hope Faeber management will take notice on it and arrange more training about customer service.

Thank you Faeber Trading, these guys knows how to deal with their costumers, I feel their politeness and being hospitable… they are very good at their professions
