Participated in their recent home chef contest which was supposed to close on 16th April and winners to be announced on Eid.
As of Eid I was leading and was going to win the IPhone but just before results were declared ie on 27th, 3 participants who were far away from my like count suddenly increased their likes and followers to unbelievable accounts and Falcon declared them as the winner

When questioned this company removed the post that they were supposed to announce winners on Eid and even blocked me

The participants even ended up hiding their like counts.

I came through visit visa n I joined 10th oct 21 n because of my health issue I decided to leave from this company. Then I informed to my senior n they released me n I worked for 8 days they said go to head office for the payment then I came to here for the payment but they denies my hard work money. I said just wanna go my country but they denies
Saddened to hear but very bad experience

Very very bad experience from distribution warehouse sharjah, person his name is Shanu Sulaiman.every time his attitude is very rude and very angry, Falcon is profession company I think why he is there and showing rude behaviour. When I go there for take item his talk is very bad. We requesting to take action immediately.we alredy informes many times to salesman but no results. Pls forwad to Falcom Hr dept. I visited logistic 6 times this 6 times his attitude is very rude and crucial

Company app is useless and most hygiene items show out of stock while it is available through other online application, furthermore no one is returning calls nor email replies. Total unprofeasional

الرجاء ضبط مبيعات والكمامات والمعقمات في مدينة زايد الظفرة. اليوم وصلت سيارة الديليفري لفالكون الطلبية كاملة راحت لشخصين اخذو كل الكمامات والكفوف والمعقمات لازم تحديد علبة لكل شخص الرجاء تفادي مثل هذه التصرفات وضبط شراء الزبائن بطريقة جشعة انا الي شهر كامل شايف فالكون في الغربية خالي تماما الرجاء متابعة الموضوع ومتابعة الأسعار خاصة لجالون معقم اليدين ارتفع من ٦٠ درهم إلى ١٠٥ درهم ؟؟؟؟؟؟

Very bad company. Very bad salary, only 1 PC for a whole team. No help from managment.
And if a customer doesn't pay, they discount it from your salary because somehow for them is your fault that the customer left the country.
I dont know how authorities haven't come to see how this company treat their staff and customers. There are so many competitors much better and much cheaper than their China made products

You can work with their products, but their sales team in SA is. Unbelievably underqualified.
Tell me your PC broke again XD or just sit down with a cup of coffee and finish your paperwork.
