I have been getting my cars serviced from Fantastic Auto Maintenance workshop now for years now. Very professional and all do best work. Trust worthy and genuine. Have recommended to my friends also and they also get their cars serviced by Fantastic Auto Maintenance

I visit Fantastic Auto Maintenance Workshop quite often, whenever there is any issue in my car to take an accurate advice for repair / not repair / maintenance. Their service and support is appreciable, since there staff is very co-operative especially Parveen, providing proper guidance recommending for repair keeping in mind most economical way.
I took my friend's car as well to fix issue which he was facing from last 06-07 months and got it fixed under supervision of Praveen.
Their service and support is really "FANTASTIC" as per name and highly recommended to my friends and collogues as well.

Would not recommend this shop. The final cost was twice as much as their estimate for something as simple as replacing the rear bumper and they were missing 1 of the main bolts holding it. When I went back to get it fixed, they were going to fix it with tie-wire not to mention they've unplugged the left blinker in the process.

Mr. Rinku is incredibly supportive and helpful, and i am very happy with the work they have done. The price also seems to be very reasonable.

This place is not as good as the reviews. They tried to rip me off by initially quoting more than the authorized showroom for a 10k service. When I recieved my car they gave me a service checklist in which they simply ticked off all the columns even without actually checking it. I mean simple things like the wiper and cigarette lighter which was not working in my car was ticked off as working. I mean these things just require the mechanic to press a button to check and that too they have not bothered to check. So when it comes to the more time consuming and work required tasks like check spark plugs or brakes, I can only assume what they have done.
Anyways, I am really unsatisfied by this dishonest attitude to work and do not recommend this workshop at all.

Good place for car repair irrespective of any technical issue and the best part is they accept Credit/Debit cards for payments

Recently I did servicing for changing bushes for lower and upper arm. Servicing was good, but these garage has no facility for wheel alignment nor they fix it from outside. They kept my car for 3-5 days, when received car wheels need alignment and left suspension damaged. Spend around 3K but still my car is not in drivable situation. Garage is good only for oil change, major / minor servicing and maybe for some engine works. Avoid wheel and suspension works.

Good mechanic and on time service.just make sure to be quoted the full price as they never tell u the total cost.the advisor only gives you the price of the items.chock when you receive the final bill

I taken my Mazda 6 for a repair, it was just a jurking, due to their unprofessional action I lost my car engine completely. They are not professional, don't take your car to Fantastic Auto Maintenance Workshop.

I found it one of the best service garage in Sharjah for my Ford Explorer. They know the work and also value for money in labour cost. Mechanics are well trained and organised. I would say compare to agency service they are no less in quality work. Transparency of work is the key factor I found here, they allow you to enter the garage and monitor your car work on daily basic. I am very happy and select them for any future work for my car. Contact person is Mr Rinku as a service advisor, well equipped with knowledge of the car. Last not the least Mechanic by the name Anish Kumar I found him the very professional in his work.

Very poor attitude of the workers and owners. I went there with my car. Waited for 10 minutes hoping someone would attend me. No one cares. So many workers walked around me just starting and turning away. Atlast I went to the main office. There i informed I need help with my car. One guy answered someone will attend. I again wait for another 10 minutes. Finally drove off to anither garage nearby, Wadi al Samha garage. Awesome experience there. They immediately attended and addressed my issues.

Gave my vehicle for repair and got back a completely burnt vehicle. Yes i repeat, A BURNT VEHICLE.

This is the worst auto garage I ever had an encounter with,
I handed over my AUDI S8 for minor repairs with the commitment of Mr. Rinku their supervisor that it will delivered within 5 days and it took them a month to deliver the vehicle and when I received the vehicle, the vehicle was in a terrible condition not only they didn't perform the work properly for which they kept the car for month but in addition to that while performing the work they broke the stearing control module, coolent radiator pipes and speakers.

These people are really unprofessional and time wasters, they will keep giving you excuses and in the end they will ruin your vehicle.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

A great alternative to my car's service center in Sharjah; in particular, a place with technicians that can diagnose your car accurately instead of trial and error. I took my car to have the alternator and a/c compressor replaced, in addition to a paint correction job, and for a general brake and suspension checkup. I was impressed by their meticulous documentation, in which they provided me details not only of the asked work, but also of any noted repairs by the technician to consider in future visits. The a/c system was flushed and serviced appropriately, and the paint job matched perfectly; in addition, they complimentarily polished the car and headlights too! The price was reasonable compared to other workshops, especially considering the quality of service provided. Thanks to Mr. Jijo & Rinku. Highly recommended!

Worst garage ever! Please dont get rip off by these blackmailers
I had a small ac gas refill in my mitsubishi pajero and they recommended that i should change the condenser and evaporator which i did but they ripped me off charging high labor charges and damaging my cars coolant line while fixing the condenser and ruined my cars interior while fixing the evaporator
Worst car garage in sharjah please be aware and dont visit them i did give them 0 stars if i had the option to.

They are thief don't ever go there. I personally experience with these propels they asked 4000 to fix my car.which I got fixed in 1300 only.
Even their technician don't know any thing how to work so don't visit ever this place.

Very Nice Workshop in Sharjah, Value for Money. Their quotes are reasonable and the important thing is that they diagnose the problems properly rather than trial and error method which I experienced in other workshop. They currently gives access to their newly developed APP which gives the complete details of our work history. Staffs are friendly and most importantly they do the work which is needed rather than creating work in our vehicle for looting purpose. They will provide the report of the work and inspection carried out in our vehicle and if required they will inform us if any part that need to be changed. Overall a very good workshop.
