Fast Track Auto Maintenance

Staff informed me that i will wait for 30mins for the vehicle that is already ongoing with service, i agreed for it. I waited for more than 1 hour without questions asked but was really pissed off when they took another car(came after me) for same service that i was on queue. And when i approached the supervisor, he did not even give me any valid reason instead keep on saying “5 minutes 5 minutes” with a smirk on his face!

Very professional guys in the service center, I would like to say special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Firoz especially and Mr. Abdurrashid as well.

Servicing at this branch for last 5 years, very good in service, Mr. Aravind's is too helpful for customers like me

I am a very old customer of Fast track. This service station near Rameez Sharjah staffs are excellent, especially Mr. Firoz. يجبروك على شراء قطع الغيار عن طريقهم فقط ولا يسمح بشراء القطع من الخارج.

اتعامل معاهم من فترة طويلة ما حصلت اي مشكلة معاهم. يعرفون الكثير من الامور الميكانيكية او الحلول السريعة.

Came here to get my wheel balanced, the technician over there Sachin helped me a lot. He suggested me to check the axle checked first and not to waste my money. Got the axle checked and was fixed. Also did my wheel balancing after that. The people over there was really honest and helpful in every regard. The wheel balancing done was also outstanding with good machinery.
Kudos to the team over there and the management. Special thanks to Sachin as well.
Will be back for more services. This place is highly recommended.

Came to FastTrack to replace 4 new tyres.
Got a good deal on Landsail.
Technician Rico did the replacement, wheel balancing and wheel alignment.
Came with me for Test drive to check Alignment.
He seems to be a "specialist" in wheel alignment
I am satisfied with the Service and Compliment Rico on his work
And Supervisor John too - very proactive!

Very bad garage. On phone they will say, they can make NASA rocket but when you reach there. They will waste your time. Never visit this garage. They only do oil change. There technician dont have any knowledge of car. I had vibration in my stearing and the manager told, they cant do anything. I have to take car to some other garage. Very bad experience.

They do great work at very reasonable prices. Also really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great work guys!
