Since the 1980s, I have been a costumer to feras kenafa and believe it is the best kenafa around the world

Unprofessional team, and unwelcoming at all,
I asked for a sweet as a gift, they put it in a cartoon tray and they covered by aluminium foil, I immediately complain but no one care about it, Than I ask for Baklawa Tray as professional cover tray, the price was different than al Diafa branch

The best Turkish deserts where u get fresh and tasty.

You can try their sweets. U will love it.

One of the worst customer service by the cashier. She said we have a lot of orders. I need to wait or u can cancel the order.
Is this the way you treat your clients. She didn't care. The staff working there also mentioned that many customers have complained against her, but no change. What a shame. This is a reputable brand. Cannot deal with loyal customers like that

We have been daily regulars to Feras Sweets in Abu Shagara as we live in the area. The Indian guy used to take care of our cravings from time to time. But to our dissmay him and the bald guy are too keen on making sure no matter what you order its priced based on their own daily sale.

And to our suprise we just went through other reviews and noticed this isn't a one time occurence but has been happening to other regulars too based on the reviews.

Advice to management: We absolutely adore the quality of sweets you provide but comprising the quality of service based on the daily sale is not the way to treat your customers.

Unfortunately, we would not be visiting your establishment anymore as there are plenty of other Arabic sweets stores in town. This is a huge disappointment. We hope the management will work on betterment of the above caused dismay and wish you the very best.

I’ve tried several desserts from Feras and all were delicious Kunafa, Halawa Jebn and cakes all are top quality and yummy. Also their delivery service is fast and cheap

They are consistent on quality you cannot go wrong if you try their delicious kunafa

I think this is one of the oldest branches (if not the oldest) of Feras Sweets in the UAE. The regular amazing quality of Feras Sweets and really the best Kunafah in the UAE. The prices here are also cheaper than Dubai.

Highly recommended and a must try.

They serve the best Kunafas in Sharjah. It’s been years since we buy all kind of kunafas from their place and never disappointed.
The one star reduces due to their staff who are not polite to the customers.

Kanafeh also known as Kunafa is a traditional Arabic sweet made of
Cheese.
We have tasted it many places, this joint stands far ahead of all other joints in.
Arabic people makes this even better at their homes. Had a privilege to taste this sweet st their home here in UAE.

There is an alternate option of this sweet made of cream instead of cheese.
Definitely recommended

If you know how a proper Kunafa tastes; then you would probably be struggling to find a good place to serve it properly here in the UAE. Yet, Firas Abs Shgara would the best option. I say Abu Shgara because this particular branch would do the Kunafa better than the other branches.
There are two types of Kunafa: Kheshne (rough) and Na’me (soft). Make sure to try both:)

A great place to have the Arabic cheese sweet Khunafah. The ambiance of the place is not all that great, but the sweets are delicious.
