Food Basket

It's a great place and their food is amazing but 9/10 times for a single person's order they take 30mins to 1hr and I always end up cancelling my order because of how late they deliver the worst part is being they are 5 mins walking distance away from me yet their delivery time needs so much work.

The worst service ever I had from the receptionist. Very bad behavior and attitude. Please take care of it

Horrible experience ordered an hour ago customer service is just pathetic it’s takes too long and when you call them back to follow up they lie to you saying delivery already left and then u call again they disconnect the call on your face they don’t understand how to give good customer service I wouldn’t recommend it to any one and food taste varies anytime you order not at all the same quality drops every time won’t be ordering it from now on …

Always Very delicious food specially Desi Chinese and Momos, delivery time is less as well, price is very affordable and Portion quantity is very good.

Food is pretty decent
Service could be improved, only one female was servicing the whole outdoor area.

From barsha to this place just experience there charcoal masala but we regretted

Even they are providing tasty food there service is very very pathetic.

Firstly they gave baby chair without cleaning and completely dusty and dirty.

A mid aged mallu supplier behavior is very rude and giving wrong item and he is arguing and he is making fun on people over there.we people were waited so long after they providing charcoal without kuboos or porotta.they provoded kuboos after charcoal getting cold. We couldn’t enjoy there food.

Not recommended for family. Not at all

Arabic Biriyani was very good. The peri peri charcoal was tooo spicy n not so good. The service s very good

Worst service of Sharjah. I ordered food and these so called staff delivered my order after 2 hrs.waited for almost 2 hr.like really. It hardly takes 30 min to reach my location for other restaurants. Lazy staffs. Neva gonna order it again from ThisFood basket, where they have unprofessional and untrained staffs. No response to my msgs nor they answer the call.menu goes straight away in the dustbin.

Very bad experience. Even for Kerala porotta they are charging higher price than any other restaurant in UAE.porotta is very low quality.

they are adding some sauce to make it spicy and it tastes real weird. Don't know what sort of chemical it is!

Zinker club - 1/5
One of the worst club sandwich i ever had. I ended up throwing it away. Probably the chicken was expired or kept outside for a long time

Beef fry and Porotta 4/5
This combination didn't disappoint me. It was really good

Worse customer service ever, getting wrong orders almost everytime I order with them. Zero understanding of the meaning of customer service

I WOULD SAY THIS, USUALLY I ORDER TRIPLE FRIED RICE, WHICH WAS GOOD IN THE BIGINNING BUT NOW IT IS WORST.for Mixed fried rice i paied 22dhr and i got worst fried rice.infact they know to cook well, but some times they give the worst food

What an amazing food experience! Never expected that! We had Chicken pepper and veg fried rice and its soooo good! Plus the ambiance and service is amazing! Polite and fast!

Look at the shawaram I ordered spicy and got normal one, when u get a spicy you know the taste and the colour of it

I had a great experience over there. There is Chef named Mr. Shahabas Maman. He is the man who running the show there.

One of the best restaurants in AL Tawun Area.with verity of Arabic authentic dishes.and they also have Chinese and Indian dishes also.

The delivery was quick as well.
Their charcoal chicken and makeena were soft, well cooked and marinated.

Karak tea, Chicken Tikka, charchol best in taste. Easy delivery nice staff. If you want to try pakistani Tandori roti with orignal authentic Pakistani taste. Food Basket is the only place I have found in my 8 years of UAE. Locally we call it Madri Roti.

Food basket. It's given an amazing experience for me. I was ordered a zinger club as usual, but I extremely excited when my order came... I appreciate the serving style.

Restaurant looks good but the food quality (not only taste) is not upto the mark.karak tea was excellent.i think they should focus on the quality than than that of the amount of items in their menu.

I really appreciate the reply from the team.i will not tell the whole items but the most problematic was Paneer kadai (a lot of oil on top of it than of normal), porotta (which was frozen), then after there was 'a take away' to check whether it happened on a single day.but, it wasn't.and to be honest it happened a couple of days back. I hope these much details are more than enough.

Didn't like, duration for a shavarma is more than ½an hour when only 2 customers were there. Not bothered about customers
