Too much delay with staff to give the ordered food.
Tried their chicken biryani which was one of the worst I ate.

Too much confusion in the restaurant
. Food not upto the mark. Menu items are almost not there.

Not good restaurants, visited with cousins yesterday, chicken was not fully cooked and more masala, late service, chicken 2 pcs good n other 2 piece no meet in it, my one cousin had stomach upset after eating there, ,
went to NMC hospital now doctor said food poisoning due to below attached photo,

We visited the restaurant after the name change food was bad. Quality was so poor. Will never approach again.

Ordered trivandrum chicken fry through noon food.this fry is no where near to trivandrum style

Parotta and appam were good. Chicken curry was normal, but beef fry was bad (need to improve). Some pieces were hard.

Walked to have dinner. They don’t even have a menu leaflet, so ordered just Tea.
When the TEA arrived, had to leave with out drinking tea.

I'm a student of Gulf asian english school.
For our grade 12th farewell, our school bulk ordered lunch from here. Next day, Everybody who ate from school, got food poisoned. Every single student got loosemotion. Strict action must be taken against this restaurant

Tried the Chatti choru, meals and briyani. The food served was tasty. They had fish (thala curry) which was just okay, few things were missing (salt, spicy etc). Briyani was good. Kappa wasn't good as expected, too hard.
Overall the food was good.
Tea was the best for the day.

First of all I will start with the food. We tried both normal biriyani and lagoon biriyani. Both were not upto the mark. The taste and flavours were lacking in the masala. Lagoon chicken was not cooked properly. Chicken was really hard.
Next i will come to the service and atmosphere. Today when we went, there was water all over the restaurant because of some block. We were there for around 1 hour. The most annoying thing was that nobody even cared to wipe the floor. It was at the time of us leaving that they started to wipe it. That atmosphere really spoiled everything.
Everyone visits this place because of the name. We had visited 2 or 3 branches of gafoorka's in Dubai. All had great food and eventhough they were smaller in size, the service and the cleanliness was way better than this place.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING REGARDING THESE ISSUES AND PLEASE DON'T SPOIL THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT.
It is really very hard to earn a good name. And because of a single outlet like yours, it can spoil the whole image of the restaurant name (GAFOORKA'S THATTUKADA).

Very poor service. Food ordered at 1.15 pm, and it didn't delivered. Whenever called one lady replied its on the way and around 3.30 told me by mistake order missed. I will never reccomand for homedelivery

The taste of the food is excellent but the staffs are very bad.the cashier’s behavior is very bad

One of the worst biriyani in muweillah… tried chicken dum biriyani… spicy like hell… to avoid wasting some how tried to finish the food but it takes me 10 minutes get normal that much of spicy.average taste with masala.

Lacking cleanliness in dine in. The place was full but the cooling systems wasn't working and management didn't do anything. Only highlight food was economical.

Worst experience on delivery from muweilah branch.ordered food today they said it will be delivered in 20 mins but after 2 hours also the food has not come.pls dont waste ur time & energy by ordered by ordering food at this place.

Very poor food. We ordered a beef roast and it was half cooked and very hard. Once we informed the staff, the response was very negative.
Other foods were also not tasty.
Not recommended to anyone.

I feel not happy about this restaurant. I ordered appam and chicken 65.we were 5 person.and we were asked to staff.will inough this quantity for 5 person.he was reply.yes.but it was low quantity only for 2 person.please try to for shoud not go to there

Thursday night we went for dinner butter chicken was very bad and we order for beef fry but they bring bone fry

Very bad experience. After ordering took 1 Hr to answer my call. Didn’t deliver after 1 Hr also. They dont have to time to talk with customers.

A new branch of this Group. It is a Kerala cuisine restaurant near the mutable, school area, Authentic Kerala food and average taste. The waiters should have been more professional, average customer service. Sea Food meals are available. Not expensive food.
The washroom is not clean. Too much flies

Had gone for breakfast buffet on last Friday and tasted many curry’s includes egg curry, beef curry, chicken curry, green peas curry, chick pea curry, sambar, two types of dosas, idly, porotta, masala dosa etc were there for 8 dhs/ per head. For tea and water they have charged. Really worth it for filling our tummy but don’t expect too much taste.

Visited here for unlimited breakfast offer.food was average.they charge for tea and water.also as everybody said the staff behavior towards customer is not good.

We went for the much advertised breakfast buffet and were half expecting the place to be crowded. But not only was the place almost empty, it was in a filthy condition with dirty tables and teeming with flies! There were flies everywhere; It was disgusting! One can imagine what the state of the kitchen must be. We left within minutes of arriving. I would never eat from there or any of their branches!

When comparing with other branches muweilah branch is not at all recommended.very average taste.after ordering we have to wait for long time.won't recommend and also never order from here.

Taste not as expected.went to have botti and kappa but wasn't there then ordered kattu pothu and thattu dosa. Doesn't tasted that good.

Tried Lunch.but want good at all compared to other restaurants with the same price

We went to breakfast buffet for 8 AED. Food was nice but the ambience was bad with too much crowd. There was shortage of items with too much waiting time. 3 stars for the taste of food.

Tried their chatti chor and mutton pothi biriyani, was not too bad not too good. The quantity of rice was comparitievely more. Restaurant is spacious.

Worst food ever. Twice I got cheated. Old food.specially fish fries. At least they can heat it before serve. Some one should file a complaint to food inspection authorities.

Worst experience by ordering parcel, they will take more than one hour to deliver the food. But promised time was 15 min

Mallus restaurant. Yummy biriyani and I so enjoyed myself.

And it's perfect but need to maintain little bit cleaned.

My destination for pothi porota!
The quality was getting degraded in a period and we have raised the concern.
They improved further to that.

Good service by staff.
Enough space for dining.
We have tried many verities and found a moderately tasty food.
Not bad at all.it can be your option for quick dining.

I had a worst experience with this restaurant. I had order one meals as parcel and I got the delivery after one hour since I made my order. Most worst thing is I found hair in their fish curry. Really worst experience. Yes while commenced their restaurant quality was good. But this is horrible

Unfortunately the food don't have the charm it used to have. Quantity is less and quality and taste is far from the expectation. Even I saw a cockroach inside the restaurant. Will not try that location anymore.

We have kerala style neychoru, chicken curry and beef fry. These were too yummy and delicious. Thanks to Gafoorkas.

Must try Sharjah-ians.

Firstly wash room is not clean, Mutton is chill while it’s served, Appam served first then the curry, Very bad experience.
