A bunch of crooks!
Had an audi transmission issue “over heating” but was shifting fine.they said its a mechatronic and valve body issue and they said changing them for 7k would resolve the problems.
4 visits later, the gearbox keeps getting worse and the car shifts irregularly! They ruined the gear box with replica parts and CLAIM they change parts where instead they only work on your existing parts! No new parts installed!
The owners unfortunately is not trust worthy and had to sell The car later coz it was ruined.
Had to involve consumer rights to get the car running “ although not like when i first got it ro the garage”

Very bad customer service the owner basically diagnosed the car without even opening the hood or checking anything and after insisting he charge 100 aed for the OBD

They just take money, but fixing for the car they don't know at all. I spent on my GTI with them almost 10،000 Dhs 35% the price of the car. And never got fixed.and because of that i chaned completely the brand.

Ok for basic services but can’t be trusted. Took my VW cc to fix the A/C and paid a fortune. Then magically the engine developed an issue 4 weeks later. Had to end up selling the car for peanuts.
