كانت لي تجربة سيئة مع هذا الفرع
طلبت وجبة بدون فلفل وجابوه متروس فلفل
وراحوا بدلوه ولكن للأسف نقصوا منه قطع السمك مع انها المفروض وجبة جديدة
والحسنة الوحيدة انهم خصموا مبلغ الوجبة وما حسبوها (شكرا)

اسعار مرتفعه جدا مقابل الطعام والكميه في الفتره الاخيره يتم وضع كميه كبيره من الخلطه تحت الرز وكميه الرز قليل في الاعلى

More than the food, we liked the gesture of Mr. Amirul Islam. He attended us very well. What we wanted was very well understood and executed by him. Loved the food overall. Very good experience.

I used to be regular client for this restaurant, usually order 3 times a week, but I noticed increasing in the prices in not reasonable way! For that I will quit ordering from this restaurant.
The low rate is for the increase in the price.

The food was absolutely delicious, served promptly. In the Matajer Al Juraina branch, the server, Amirul, was very patient and friendly. We were a large party, and he went around, served the food to all of us. He also kindly waited while we decided what was for dessert, and gave us time. He checked whether we needed anything else and took a note of it immediately. Great experience!

وأخذت تيكا الدجاج غير مطهو بشكل جيد وسعره 37

I called to order unprofessional customer call handling I requested mutton biryani as less spice as possible or not spicy the staff on the phone was like oh you know it's Indian food must be little bit spicy. Well not everyone knows that if it's Indian food then it must be spicy

Its in a mall with less capacity.food taste is not much attractive.acceptable taste.but costly for the quality and taste they provide

Gazeboa Al-Juraina Restaurant does not respect customers. When you call, the line is closed while you are talking. I do not recommend it. The management's treatment is also very bad.

One of the worst services i have ever seen, i was having my biryani which I ordered extra spicy (i like it extra spicy) then i looked at the waiter and pointed at my sprite and told him i need an extra one he waved okay and it took him 15 minutes to just get me a simple sprite can and i was eating a very spicy biryani he should have at least know that it’s a spicy restaurant and when a customer asks for a soda it must never take more than 2 minutes

Price slightly on higher range but worth the spend

I'm usually a huge fan of Gazebo. Their kebabs, biriyani and lassies are top class. The dishes are a little bit too expensive, however their food quality is usually very good and hence I never regretted paying the price.

But, recently, I tried their Royal Falooda. Being an ardent authentic Falooda lover, I was extremely disappointed. The preparation just contained some tasteless milk poured over rose syrup, with some vermicelli added and topped with a small scoop of ice cream! It was disheartening to see such a reckless preparation from Gazebo.

So, don't waste your money on Royal Falooda.

As always, presentation and customer service was very good. When mentioned that I was extremely unhappy with the drink, staff was apologetic and took the comment quite positively and mentioned that he shall notify the concerned authority.

I went there with my family. The service was not so good however the food was great. There was no finger bowls given. Ee had to repeatedly call for the waiter to rake our order

Lobster tandoori is one of my favorite dishes I have eaten there
Also I tried the chicken masala it was nice but I prefer the butter chicken

Ask for discount cards if you have because they give some offers for them

Good customer service and great food quality. We ordered butter chicken, kadai gosht with kulcha and naan. Butter chicken was a bit sugary but was good. Portion was large enough for 4 people. Overall nice experience.

It was a great experience and i would definitely visit the outlet again. Great place for professional meetings. Food was yummy and restaurant was neat and clean. Thanks to Gazebo for a wonderful experience.

The fancy of Indian food. The plates are good and well served. The staff is extremely nice and well aware of what's in the menu. They can easily recommend you a different dish to fit your expectation.
Not only this Gazebo restaurant and Matajer Al Jurania but all the Gazebo's I've had the opportunity to visit have been like this one.

No one can beat Gazebo for overall indian food experience. Quality and consistency is unparallel. Try their chicken hyderabadi biryani and you will love it.

The only afordable resturant i prefer for indian cusine. Appropriate price, food quality is good. I prefer tikka, kebabs and biryani variety. Not fond of curries/ (salan) they are heavily spiced and taste similar.

The food is ok, but i like it because it’s affordable and has good service and value for money.

Very shameful, horrible customer service, incapable staff, just disgusting. I went to take the ramadan offer today and arrived at 19: 12 and the iftar time on that time was 19: 08 we were 4 people and I was told that I couldn't get the offer because the time was done and so I left it literally ruined the plan of the day. Deluded, incapable managers. We asked the waiter to ask the manager and I really don't know whether he did or not and came back with the same shameful answer: NO. I was not expecting this type of service. I went to a lot of restaurants this Ramadan and no one absolutely no one did this even sometimes I arrived at 19: 30 no problems whatsoever except your restaurant

I like this restaurant. Their food is not bad and can improve in time to serve the food. Loved their Mango Lassi

Very bad, staff isn't friendly, the forgot the order and took alot of time, compaired to the prices the service is horrible

مطعم هندي شرقي عربي يقدم الوجبات العربية من الرز والاسماك والروبيان بطريقة مميزة جدا وبطعم مميز.
من افضل المطاعم في الشارقة وله فرع في دبي في مول ميركاتو.

Food very expensive i.e chicken Biryani cost 40 Dhs, the staff not friendly esp when ordering for take away and need maintenance for tables and certains!

My favorite restaurant when it comes to indian cusine. Although they need to maintaine the place, I couldnt help but notice the dirty curtains and the dirty sofas. Wifi is also a must.
