Good location. But biggest issue is parking. There's a garage on the side which has usurped all of the free parking.

This is a completely Commercial 3 storey Building that accommodates other Businesses. It is owned by Albatha Real Estate.
To name a few Businesses, GECO Mechanical & Electrical, Gulf International & Ditra, all have offices here along-with many other Businesses.
It has limited Reserved Parking for some of its Tenants in the Ground Floor. Visitors will have to use the Paid Public Parking facility in front of the Building or on either side.

My range rover 2017 was taking to other work shop in Dubai for oil change after that my car didn't start and all Electrical shorted i was taking To this grage very nicely fixed my car and Low Cost, the owner good dealing with the customer, I satisfied with this grage

This building is owned by ALBATHA real estate. Lot of offices works inside this building like Geco, Gulf international, international beverages etc. Most of the companies working in this building are the members of Albatha group. Those who are not the member of Albatha group also get the office work space for rent in this building.
