One of the worst companies ever. I bought my household products from them, but all their products are bad quality. Electric cooker keeps lagging and have electric issues, recently even the ceramic cracked and they can't even fix it. Their vacuum is useless and doesn't have suction power. Their fridge doesn't close properly and maybe soon will have more problems, all these issues happened 4 months after buying.

Was having trouble finding a quality electronics repair shop in Dubai. Now the problem's solved. General Tech are true professionals, who get t the root of the problem and fix what other people say cannot be fixed.

A great team and it's so refreshing in todays seemingly carefree industrial environment, to see some people still value being on top of their game.

I bought an air cooler. Paied 80 dhs for delivery which is really too much. Anyway, when opening the cartoon the machine was so dirty, the accessories don't fit and there was no instructions guide in the cartoon. This place is not recommended at all. Maybe cheaper but doesn't worth it.

Bad quality
I bought a refrigriator that is heating when still new.
They reply by saying that it is normal.
I am trying to return or replace it but customer service keep on delaying.
I don't recommened to buy from them.

Very bad response for the deliveries for WIKA brand from the concerned Dept head. They will not stick to the terms confirmed before issuing the PO.
