Special thanks to mr kamran and all the other colleagues for their hospitality. We do go out with small kids. So in the chaos of sheesh park gerard offered a place of relief and calm

Really helpful for this area. I think this is the only cafe near by Ajees valley park… I tried pizza and smoothies.really good…

It was hard to believe that Gerard's opened a branch on the East Coast. I visited on 27 Jan 2022. There are a number of issues with this place starting with the slope at the entrance when you enter from the main door.

The "sandwiches" in the chiller were a giveaway as to what to expect next. Poor quality food, in fact it's appalling. I didn't even try a coffee, which was a good move after reading the reviews here. I asked for a Coke instead but it wasn't cold. Fortunately, one of the staff offered ice.

The cafe is small with outdoor seating. The best thing about it is its location. It would appear their management/owner don't read user reviews as nothing has changed in over 18 months of operating.

The only place to get food from. Currently there is no other option. Food quality is good, as would expect.

However, bit pricey.

The Chicken Wrap wasn't good at all, the tortilla was undercooked, soggy with bitter taste.
The food is overpriced, quantity is less.
Three Color Coffee wasn't great too.
But the main concern was the service, he was possibly the store manager who was taking the orders, he wasn't friendly at all! I mispronounced one of his coffees, which he could smile and understand, but his expressions weren't welcoming! Not recommended

Poor food quality. Cheese wasn't even melt in the sandwich. Asked for tissue, didn't even care to bring one piece.

Gerard Cofe the only coffee located in Shees Park, just beside the entrance and parking.the view is really good as you can see mountains covered in green plant and running waterfall. The place view is very natural.

Very expensive I don’t want to recommend, they are just slaughter people. Charging 1 bottle of water 500ml: 3 dirham.

Quick, fast service as it’s a quiet Saturday. Happy with my ice latte! Beautiful coffee shop, interior is designed nicely. It’s perfect place to sit and chill

Nice coffee. They have some gluten free meals on their menu (I am allergic) (shakshuka, eggs benedict, quinoa salad, tomato and mozarella salad) but none of these were available. Amazing setting but disappointed.

The location is perfect, unfortunately the Coffe shop is not to the standard, the chair is not clean the coffee is not good neither the cakes.

اسواء كوفي بحياتي اصلا من شفت الطريقة غسلت ايدي و اقترح يسمونه حليب حار و كوفي بودره و القهر غالي ههههه والله اسوي احسن عنه مع رسمه بعد. انصحك بعدم التجربه

The owners of this place should be embarrassed about putting their name to this service. Complete and utter rubbish from start to finish. Mr Gerard, sort yourself out and sort your brand out.

The location is very nice
The coffee is not really delicious.
The staff were somehow mad.

I hope they upgrade the service soon, I am sure they will do a great job.

We came here on Saturday afternoon for what we thought would be a quick good cup of coffee. Never have I ever had such a chaotic experience in a cafe. As a customer I had no clue where the queue was, where to order, and where to pay. Almost all staff had their masks below their noses while preparing drinks and food. No social distancing practiced with no enforcement. My coffee was basically warm milk. The only positive thing was the location and view. Definitely my first and last visit.

Was shocked that they serve breakfast only till 10.30am! Well it is located in prime tourist attraction and people are coming from all over UAE so it would be profitable for them to sell their breakfast menu without time limit (since it costs more than the croissant which was available at that time.overall it’s ok, kinda slow in service.

Waste of money.my humble suggestion please don't visit.better to get from some other place. I had worst avocado juice ever in my life in this place along with frozen croissants not even gave heat in over.total waste
