They love to play games with the parents with their cheap tactics.

Through the phone they said books for kg is available for 200.when we reached bookshop they say it's 350 aed as stationery comes along with books.
They force us to buy stationery which is highly priced and unecessary as the students already have it
When we say we just need books they say they can't give books alone and tell us to come the next week.
Each time we call them or go to the shop they welcome us with rotten service and rotten behavior.
School authorities should not confer dealership with only one book shop as they misuse the monopoly and exploit the parents

Was forced to visit this shop as the books for my kid's school was only available in this shop. Staff behaviour is somewhat ok. But, they try to rip you off by selling both the book set as well as a stationary set. They won't sell you the books unless you buy the stationary as well. And by the way, the stationary items are charged at 150AED, but won't cost you more than 50 AED if bought seperatley outside. The books are overpriced as well. Very greedy managment. The que managment for billing is pathetic as well. I had to wait for almost 20 min in the que with only 2 people in front of me. And when i reached the counter, it took another 10 min at the counter for billing my pruchase. They have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of it with zero regards for the customer

Good location, books and uniforms available. For that i could give 4 stars. But the attitude of the lady staff (Indian) in first floor is horrible, visited the shop 6 times and on each visits her attittude and responding way was too bad. The behaviour of staff at ground floor was good.
I personally made a phone call asking for my kids school uniform and since they confirmed the availability I drove all the way to the shop just to see the arrogant attitude of lady staff at first floor and, saying that it is not available, and she was commenting that Maybe I was informed by some other parents about the availability.
Just because of the bad experience i received from the lady for every visit, i dont even wish to give the single star for rating.

A nice bookstall where school books and uniform available. Especially emirates national private school TENS sharjah

Cashier is super slow. He takes minimum 10minutes to bill a customer even if it's for a single item.
