So far I have been ordering only different kinds of fertilizers - price is very good, delivery according to the note mentioned in the order confirmation email.

Bought 3-5cm white pebbles from here. So far all is good, will order smaller ones for the sidewalk as well

Fast delivery and the plants quality was very good. I’m excited to use those vegetables in my cooking

Worse service ever! Since 9h25 this morning trying to get two simple answers from key staff in the website and on whatsapp contacts on website. It is now 3pm and still going.
Delayed responses, different answers to what quedtion you ask.these people dont read the message service in website and poor response time in whatsapp!

Poor delivery time. Both times were late by more than 4 days. Seeds were not coming out for strawberry, tomato, capsicum and cucumbers. Only came out for carrot. Overall not positive experience.

UPD. Looking at response from the shop, offering replacement for the seeds, send message to the shop with proof of the failed seeds and asked them to provide replacement as suggested by them. So far complete silence.

Amazing quality of plants! I’ve been ordering from them for almost 2 years now, my zz plant, rubber plant, multiple outdoor plants, new calatheas and string of hearts, all are thriving and are in great condition! Extremely happy with the quality of their plants

After good research, Green Souq were the most reasonably priced Landscaping company and they delighted my job to one of their project manager (Muhammad Atif). He was the most efficient, honest, helpful and knowledgeable person I had dealt with in the building and landscaping industry. He started my job in my new empty villa, before I even met him and without him asking for any advanced payment. The service and experience was the best and I recommend them to anyone without hesitation and I am a very particular person as an Architect and designer myself.

I had ordered few plants with them through their website, there were various varieties and it was reasonably priced and i have made a request to deliver it within 2 days, even though they did not had delivery for dubai that day, the owner sent the plants in his personal car, and made sure that i have received it on time.
I highly recommend plant lovers to order it from green souq.

This place it’s a scam. Ordered something online and never received my order. They don’t respond on emails and their bot chat. Finally managed to get hold of them on the phone only to hear my order was completed.

Stay away and don’t deal with this establishment

I placed order for outdoor plants, they delivered most of them how ever some plants were missing, with the experience such a poor customer service.my missing plants are still not delivered and no response on WhatsApp on messages. Will advise please think before you buy plants online. Thank you.

Just brought a sea hibiscus and it has healthy condition. I was amaze because I'm expecting small plant only but it came taller than me hahaha.highly recommended we will buy again.

The team came and complete the job the quality of the work and attitude and timeliness was great and the job was done with cleanliness and great accuracy

With exception of the small communication issue we had the job was well done

They also apologized for the miscommunication which was great great

Very bad customer support and a lot of hidden fees!

I ordered grass with installation and a person contacted me very rude in the dialogue and only cared about getting more money even though I paid for installation he talked about removing the soil and additional hidden fees

Very unprofessional and rude discussion will never deal with them again

I’ve had an absolutely 5 star experience with Abbas and his team at Greensouq! Nothing seems difficult for them.plants are exchanged if you’re not happy, you can also change your mind at the time of Delivery and ask for a different plant if it does not fit your requirement. Abbas made sure that all the plants I received were of my liking and requirements! I can’t recommend this company enough!

All the plants that I ordered from them started to die after 3 days, they came with fungus and one of them had a caterpillar that killed my flowers. Also the soil that I used in others killed them.

Fantastic service. The team were knowledgeable, very polite and they did a fantastic job of replacing our lawn. They have provided good after sales service and advice. I highly recommend Green Souq for lawn replacement and gardening requirements. I will definitely use them again. Very happy customer

Appreciate their immediate response and timely services. Ordered pebbles 60BAG they delivered it with in 2-3 hours after placing the order.

I ordered few items on 15th April & till 21st April - no items delivered. When I contacts they will blindly say 2 days, I'll tell you.etc.really disappointed!

Looks like 'website ordering' only working. After that there is no status update or inform delivery date.nothing.

I've ordered few plants via website. Website have wide variety of options. Plants with various price range, flowering, herbs etc. All arrived within 2 days in very good condition.
I also chat online twice, both time got quick reply too. Definitely recommended.

Very bad service.first takes too long time to deliver.this is the second time the plants arrived almost dead because they deliver it in normal van with no ac in this heat and the soil in the pots are dry.

Absolutely wonderful delivery service of excellent condition plants. They have all payment option, card, card on delivery and cash on delivery. Plants are tip-top health.

Very slow non- delivery time, it says 1-3 working days on the website, it’s been 5 days now, their customer service said the order is out for delivery (dis-honest) but never received it. You have to publicly shame the service in order to get the attention.

Pathetic delivery time.don't know how the product will be. Order # 83699 March 30,2022 and its 08/04/2022 still items not received. 3-4 days was their delivery period according to website. Delivery team will ask to call office, office response tomorrow, today, tomorrow, today.totally bad experience.

طلبت من عندهم عن طريق موقعهم سماد سنجرال عالي البوتاسيوم في منتصف يناير وبعد اسبوعين وصل الطلب وكان خطأ مرسلين لي سماد عالي الفسفور المهم ارسلت لهم بالموقع وكذلك بالوات ساب بان الطلب خطأ ولا توجد استجابة ولا يتم الرد على الهاتف ومرة واحدة رد علي موظف ابلغته بالموضوع وقال بشوف الموضوع وسحب علي لغاية اول شهر ثلاثة ارسلت لهم ايميل وبلغت بان اذا لم يستجيبو للطلب باني بقدم شكوى لدى حماية المستهلك بالشارقة بعدها بيومين اتصل لي شخص وطلب بيانات الطلب وبلغته وبعد سحب علي لغاية نصف شهر ثلاثة وارسلت لهم اكثر من ثلاثة او اربعة ايميلات واكثر اتصل لي شخص وخذ بيانات الطلب والصور واخيرا بعد بهدلة وصل الطلب تاريخ خمسة من شهر اربعة وصلني عالي بوتاسيوم لكن من شركة ثانية وانا طالب من سنجرال بس الحمدالله افتكيت منهم بعد بهدلة وتوبة اخذ من عندهم شي

Delivery in 2 days, plants are very good.the customer service responded very fast too to any question

First, slow delivery. 5 days. Had to keep calling. Second the plants were not healthy and all died 3 days after they arrived. First time and last time customer. Very disappointed

Terrible Service, I ordered a bamboo fence on cash on delivery and told the whatsapp operator not to deliver Sunday as I wouldnt be home and to please deliver Monday. He said ‘Thankyou I have made a note’. They delivered the item on Sunday, I told them as I had informed I’m not home please deliver tomorrow Monday. By Tuesday nothing arrived so I called. After 20 tries someone answered, I explained what happened and said please deliver urgent as you are so late now. He literally hung up. I tried to call back the whole day but he closed his phone. Wednesday I tried again but he wouldn’t answer me.
So really terrible service and they don’t care if the customer is happy or has received goods or not.

Bad experience on customer service. We purchased white gravel. After watering it became beige (much more cheaper than white). So far nobody has reply to our feedback.

Their plants are Healthy and green plants and regrow for a considerable time shows good planting and soiling.

Staff are very accommodating, we just had a last minute order, and delivered within an hour. Best quality of plants in the market.

Received ordered plants quickly, however received one wrong plant. The other plants look very good and good variety not found on other garden sites for a good price.

Will update this review if the problem is resolved successfully as still trying to contact the company to no success!

So happy with my Hydrangea and Gardenia plants.

I purchased the plant so healthy and delivered quickly. Infact the plants are plenty of stems. So when I transferred them in a new pot, it creates a lot of pots and I have many plant now.

I highly recommend this company. They offered competitive price with a lot of varieties of plants which is not available from others and they have good customer services.

Amazing service! They were able to assist within a matter of two hours and have the product delivered for a wedding way ahead of time. Super impressed with the customer service and prompt action on our requests.

Products are good, healty plants, and for a reasonable price. Delievery time is awful. Took 10 days from order to delivery. They also promise to deliver on a certain day but then move it to another without informing you.not satisfied with customer service over the phone either.

Five stars for helping me out with sending plants as gifts. Being in a different country and still able to order and get personal assistance is something always appreciated. I had trouble with payment and was quickly sorted out by the customer representative.

Very unprofessional delivery. Don't believe in their delivery schedule because they do not deliver at the scheduled time and you will only know what happened if you contact them.

Plants are not healthy.
Gardenia purchased was dead within a month. It had been planted by the company in a pot without drainage. The request was for the plant to be potted by the company.
The Palm areca was infected and as there were no other plants in the space, prior to green souqs, it could only have been already infected on delivery.
The company refused to exchange. Date of purchase was just over a month.

I wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered from Green Souq. Half of the flowers they delivered were damaged. I have called their costumer service and I was promised the demaged flowers will be replaced between 1 to 3 working days, however I didn't receive anything and moreover they never responded to me again.

Plant was not "healthy" as advertised. Also plants received were much smaller than expected.

I bought cucumber seeds, when they grow up, i got only male flowers without female means without cucumbers. But this happens only at the beginning, after 2 weeks female flowers with cucumbers started to appear.

It was a great bought i really liked the plants i got and how helpful the stuff were to give me instructions to takecare of them

Not satisfied at all with the qualities of the plants delivered to me. Besides, i ordered “Variagated String of Hearts” and paid the full amount and what i got is only the ordinary string of hearts which i could get 25 dhs from other online! I called the number mentioned in the site but no answer. I SMS and hope to receive their call back so that I could speak. I don’t complain at all to what i purchased online - be it plants or anything. But this time is not really worth the money i paid! I want my money back and they can take their plants back if they want. Otherwise, we have DED to raise a complain with if they don’t return my calls and settle up to my expectations.

Worth experience & customer service and delivery I placed an order and they didn’t deliver for 3 weeks online chat, phone calls not responsive, even WhatsApp they take at lest 2 day’s to reply back.
