Very happy to share the experience in Gulf coast sharjah, the staffs are very professional and polite especially the cashier Chandima she's very patient to clear all the issues related to the payments, I strongly suggest to the one who's searching for the vehicle's tyres and other maintenance.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED
On June 2022, I bought a brand new battery from the Gulf Coasts branch in Al Qouz. A month ago I noticed that the car is not working properly, I was too busy and the car was OK (I did not suffer a lot as it was working but not as it should be). Today morning, the car was not working due to defected battery. I went to the branch at Al Qouz and I was trying to explain to the staff their that that issue started in less than a year from the date of purchase.the store team refused to cooperate nor giving me the manager contact number.
I do believe that the battery I bought was not good from the beginning as batteries usually survive 4-5 years. (Store team told me that batteries in Dubai survive 10-11 months as its too hot!)
Moreover, the invoice I have - attached says nothing about batteries warranty (It mentions the Tires warranty ONLY. Store team refused to give me any document about the company's policy regarding the batteries warranty.

They didn’t put nitrogen when i change the tires and no alignment did

من خلال التجربة الشخصية لا انصح بتركيب التوابر في هذا المحل لاني ركبت تواير بمبلغ يقارب الاربعة الاف درهم و تبين أنها تواير غير صالحة بعد التركيب لانها تعمل هزة قوية على كل السرعات مع العلم اني عملت ميزانية حوالي خمس مرات في اسبوعين و كل القطع الميكانيكية صالحة وشبه جديدة و لم يتم حل المشكلة من المسؤولين في المحل وكان جوابهم الوحيد شو نسوي لك راجع الوكيل نحن مش وكلاء

One of the worst customer service ever, I changed more than 8 tyres through them and once I had 1 tyre manaufacture fault they told me it’s not their problem very bad service and no customer respect

Good service inside but delivery some man not good

Actually it was one of the best service centers
Now I think it is the worst place you can choose to go to.
Even for an oil change it’s horrible
They have the worst cheapest types of oil and of course the filter is always not available, they will order it while you wait for an hour and pay double the price
Customer service is also a nightmare.
After 3 years with them this is my last visit
Sooooo not recommended.
Honestly if I could give no star that would be too much for them.

Great service from Muhammad, Hakim and Charlie. Sad that the staff is clueless about the option to use Postpay, and those that know say it can't be used after 7pm. Don't offer a service if you cannot fulfil it

Had been to the branch yesterday night. I don't have much knowledge about the tiers but Mr Rithesh explained and guided me through the process and suggested me with a best option.even though it was closing time they handled everything like a pro. They even have mechanical services as well. Must visit

The best deal possible for tyres.
Tough i would like to mention 1 thing, they use torque wrench which i have only seen them using all over sharjah, but technically its useless as they tighten the bolts with the power gun and then use the torque wrench, which technically over tightens the lug nut.

Where as lugnuts must be tighten by the torque wrench upto the torque specs of the vehicle.

When selling the Tyers they take care well for you, but when you come again for tyre rotation which is included in the sell price unfortunately no body support you, this is my last time here, thx

I changed my car Tyre on 12.4.2021. It's not been an year, 2 times my car tyres got puncture and today when I took it for repair where I came to know all the 4 types are not qualified one with no barcode am very much disappointed which cost me nearly 2500 dhs of my hard earned money. I have the bill of the changed tyres and am going to take legal action against you, if you guys are not going to replace my loss.

Very good service and best price because they are a big distributor and they sell to all other tire shops.

They catfish you by giving you a good price for the Tires and they say balancing is on them, then you later are surprised with the additional charges such as steering Alignment.

When I went there, the two rear tires where different from what we agreed on.

Make sure you check all the details as they must scam you.

All exception to a guy called Muhammad in mechanical, he was very helpful.

Inside working staff very poor in caring a customer, moreover cashier behavior same like a owner.

Good Service for the Tires and Replacement Service.
Although wheel alignment check was included in the package when I got the tires changed. However, there was no control over the pricing of wheel alignment. A 10 minutes service cost me a fortune. I think wheel alignment skills pay better than a managing director of company.

Honestly, by far the best service i have received buying a tire in the UAE.

I had a very odd request, and the sales team spent at least an hour showing me samples of sizes and brands to choose from.

Further more the experience and care when it came to giving the best and safest advise was the best.

Finally, the management team took time to check that all my requirements are met.

Also the prices are very reasonable and fair.

Definitely using Gulf Coast again.

One of the worst service they give.i will suggest to not to visit there or else u will be looted.no customer service. Even the sales manager will talk to you like a street shop staff (saleh) they dont even know how to talk to a lady, very manner less, the entire staff is so rude as they dont know customer service, they will work as a gang and just make you to pay unnecessary and you have to pay as your car is already in garage and they opened if you do not they will threatened you, my first and last visit to their shop and will never visit again and suggest all to not visit there.

Good place with all sorts of tyres. However, do get your alignment and balancing done when you leave buying new tyres

Recently visited Gulf Coast for tyre replacement, all the mechanical and office staff are skilled and friendly in dealing. Location and parking place is easily available. Inside waiting area is comfy and equiped to be there while work is being done on your vehical. They have good range of tyre brands, wheel alignment, balancing and other mechanical services are available.

Staff behaviour is very bad. When you ask price they will tell something and when generate bill is different and important thing they ask you to pay money without bill generation.

I changed oil and filter for my Honda accord. The oil was leaking from next day and the engine was completely dry. They refused to give me my money back. Absolute fraud and thieves.

I recommend this place for your tires. They have wheel alignment system as well. So while changing tires computerised alignment is recommended

Good stock of genuine tyres, well qualified staff and modern fitting workshop. Very approachable and friendly atmosphere complete with a pantry and even a pool table.

Very good service. Goof prices. But dont expect a fast service. It took them an hour to change 2 normal small car tires:)

I bought 4 Deestone tires with a 1 year warranty

Worst ever, i went for tires replacement, once installed and balanced by them i have vibration in vehicle, they did the balancing 4 times and no use but miserable answers then eventually out of being helpless they claimed no responsibility and sent me to agent. Ironic is after each balancing i do i ask them to put same tore on different machine and ironically it comes with completely different reading although just been balanced by them. Anyway, i went to agent and immediately discovered issue with tires and replaced, blaming their balancing equipments are pathetic. Not recommended at all.

He offered the tyre price 650 & I got it from near by shop for 425
The point is all these shops when you ask 4 tyre they call the agent of this brand who is in the area behind their shops - I go there by the way -, in every shop I ask I hear this word " we have only 4 tyres with production date of, " so I know they all are taking to one source.
He is the only who gave me that price others were near the price I got
