Agreed the price and when i gave the work suddenly told me that he can't do the work, what a shame

Repliying to your response i visited your place last week and you gave me the price i gave you to make stamps
With all the details didn't receive any response and when i called you suddenly said you can't and don't want to do it.

Very rude attitude by owner by hanging up the phone suddenly while talking, very poor PROFESSIONALISM, It's slightly over priced compared to other printing companies but products are acceptable, It's now almost my first year doing business with them, manufacturing defects are faced a lot this is my 6th - 7th time facing this issue, I really wish this can be fixed as I don't want cut of my business interaction with them

Not good customer service. I was once a customer of the company in July 06,2022 but eventhough the order was not done at the promised time in my first transaction, I did not give a big deal of making such review because I thought of giving another chance on my future transaction. Today, I made another transaction. However, the person I talked to really disappoint me. I told him that due to my unavailability to pick up the mugs by myself, my sister will come and collect from them and do the payment upon collection as I am already at work. They asked me to pay online first. When I told them I prefer to do the payment by cash upon collection of the item, the guy said they will not do it. He refused to do it at all as he was afraid I will runaway from the payment. I told him, I won't runaway so I asked him to do it. However, he refused still. He was really inconsiderate knowing I needed the items today. Not a professional way of doing business to a regular customer. Such as disappointment and inconsiderate. Such a bad customer service. Lastly, I am not a fake customer. This indeed happened today.
