Deser safari was good, the events were decent. Food wasn’t great, so dont expect too much.

The 4x4 dune bashing and camel rides were fun activities and the meals afterward in the desert was tasty. The live shows was enjoyed by everyone

We drove ourselves to campsite. Enjoyed the day. The food was good. Would go again, hopefully there will be sand boards next time. Thank you.

Very poor service, and no meal is provided. “ VIP” seats are paid separately, yet nothing special!
Full scam was when the food came, ABSOLUTE LY NOTHING TO eat!
NO COFFEE, Jo juice, no tea, no fruits and deserts.

Show was poor, tannoori dance hardly performed, just for the sake, belly dance was even worth.

Speakers of the music that meant to be for performers was even worth quality and sound, people were starving waiting for food after the show, and the meal they got was even worth!

Scam! I told this on the spot when they u didn’t find no food to eat! To my word, “scammers” they kept silent…

Very dirty washrooms. Cleaned by men inside women toilet while you are inside.
Which still remained dirty.

Sales people kept coming all the time selling their products, absolutely everything was for sale.

We paid AED130/- per person, and the “product” we received for it was absolute poor scammers service.

They had a package for AED55-/ per person, just wondering what they get for they money, if we got THIS for our payment.

Never again, and don’t advice to anyone.they put us in shame in front of our guest who came to visit from Sweden, and the trip with all if the above was BEYOND AWFULL.

Dance was good.food servered after the 2 shows.four times we need to stand in queue for water, coffee, snack and food. Not everything served one time. If they served onetime we can spend time at designated area.
Recommend for another service provider. No sand boarding and henna for free as promised. They asked even small kids to stand on queue for coffee or tea. One person one tea policy.no second round in case someone didnt feel good for foods.staffs are not friendly. More people than what they can accommodate.

Treats like they are giving free. Of course they charge less money but not worth it.

I felt saving 10 dhrms per person but spoiled the evening with my kids.

Service was very poor.

Food quality was very bed that makes us stomach pain. Even we eat small quality due bed taste

No bar Q only 1 small improper cooked chicken piece with smell

No Tea available

Desert ride was only 3 to 4 minutes and slow without adventure

No refreshments was available.they give direct bad food

Staff behaviour was abusive

Sitting area was very bed uncleaned carpets.

Location route was very difficult our car got stuck in sand.

Only the shows were average Good.

Really Really bad experience. We bought vip packages with promise of food served at the table which didn't happen. When we went to get our own food, there was hardly anything left. One chicken wing in the name of barbq buffet was hard and chewy. No soft drinks and water was small warm cups.
Even the vip table we had booked was gone when we cam back from quad biking. They fixed us a seat on the top deck.
I wish I had read reviews before booking.
Avoid at all costs, there are so many other decent companies which we used in the past.

Pls pls avoided choosing this desert safari - they treat you as if you came for free desert safari
1: transfer from alwadha to desert camp bus will travel in 60 speed starts @ 2: 15 reach the camp at 5pm dropping back also take same time
2: duns drive no safety, driver will not ask you to ware seat belt it was risky drive
3: snacks, soft drink (all alike products never hear such drinks name in UAE) and tea coffee: worst, even tho if you stand I long Q even they will treat as if they are giving for free no respect, literally they will treat like beggar
4. Food worst taste: again they will treat you like beggar
5 entertainment: was ok ok
6: one shesha they will ask to share with 5 ppl

Over all I had very very bad weekend I went with my family had very very bad experience
By 7: 30 everything will close and they will ask you to leave the camp

If you pay more and more money you will treat like customer, but bad taste remains same for all

This is very bad never go there worst experience I suggest try another camp because this camp have bad food bad service bad Staff all staff very rude no dune bashing no free ride all extra charges DONT GO!

It was one of the worst desert safari i have been to, i have visited yesterday with my family. Poorly organized, food was below low quality, most of the items were additional payment, the show closed at 7.10pm (too short).

Dune bashing was fun but everything else was so bad, no organization, too much people because its cheap. The food experience was so Bad.

I don't recommend this place at all.

Very bad experience. Zero organisation, we had to wait 30 minutes, asked in a very unfriendly way, food was disgusting, we paid for 30 minutes quad we had to go around a circle like children, hospitality very bad, very bad English from the guide and we felt like they just want our money without having to give us something for. Toilet in a bad condition, we were very disappointed from the camp in general. Run away

Very bad camp, rude people, especially the car drivers.they don’t care about the safety of the passengers. Very low class.

Suitable for Families and has enough activities to keep you busy for quite some time. Food is not good though, which was expected and we got our own with us. The shows and nice and engaging. Recommend for families that want to spend sometime in the desert.

Happy Tour Desert has proved to be the best among the so many tour operators in Dubai in all possible ways! We were in Dubai for the first time and went for a safari tour. We were just amazed by the excellent service, outstanding shows and delicious food and snacks served throughout the day! Highly recommend Happy Tour Desert to have a memorable and joyful experience-with the camels and your loved ones!

Client oriented, attention for details for clients and probably offering the best package on the market! A must-do if anyone is in UAE! Great adventure! Staffs very courteous and professional! Value for money!

The best dunes you could ever find for bashing. 2 belly dancers, 2 different kinda tanora dances, 2 different fire shows among 2, one is on dune and that fire show was amazing. The new and best part is Zumba dance. Me and my kids enjoyed each bit of everything. Must visit tour.

My trip was made exceptional with Happy tours; great service, affordable prices and a whole lot of fun! Would recommend 100%.

Very supportive staff, I heard alot about them but when I visited myself and experienced the tour it was very well coordinated activity. Highly recommended
