Not satisfied with the service of Mr Shahzad. He quoted me 160 dhs for a battery. I requested for a discount, after a lot of discussion he agreed for 150 dhs. When I presented my debit card he added extra charges & deducted 153 dhs.
He didn't even let me take my old battery saying "we gave you service by changing your battery why are you taking your old battery you must give it to us".
Humbly request the management to take action against such staff who give a bad name to the company.

Indigo is a good battery, i am using from 2019 October. But still good, price is little high but for quality little price difference not mater, Customer service is also good, Staff is well trained and excellent customer service. Hwal alam are the best. ️️️.

Bad customer service. I went there to claim warranty because my battery drained out in the morning, and he treated me as if I was going to cheat him. At every instance he was giving remark that insulted me. I would never purchase again from here. Also the battery lasted only for 7-8 months before it started becoming weak.
