Horrible experience with Homebox. I placed an order for Coffee table worth AED 1149 and got it delivered today. Immediately after assembly, I noticed that the product is not as heavy as the one we saw in shop display and it doesn’t seem to be of worth the amount. We wanted to return it through the same delivery guys who installed it. I called the Customer care to check on the return policy who said he can’t do anything about it since it’s assembled already. This is total nonsense. Only after installation, we can see that it’s not the one we were expecting. It’s their policy and we have to live with it it seems. This is the first time we are shopping from Homebox and we regret the decision. Never going to Homebox again. Please save your money and visit other stores instead to get value for money.

UPDATE: I contacted the number provided in the generic reply to my review and dint get any useful response. I have to live with the piece they have sent and they cannot exchange or refund.

I received damaged furniture to my house and it took them a lifetime to inspect items and until now they didn’t replace it, that’s is unacceptable and unprofessional way to deal with customers.

Once they delivered, cant change and exchange the product from homebox.i received item Saturday night, Sunday is holiday.so I called Monday to cancel or exchange, they said we cant change as per our policy.so carefully check and order.worst experience with homebox. Thanks

Very reasonable variety of home accessories and furniture as well. Alwaus worth the buy and visit. Totally trustworthy brand and have very concerned friendly staff on hands.

Ordered online and received a defective product. Took them a week to replace the defective part. Drivers are rude. Never gonna buy here again.

Poor quality products, do not respect delivery times, after-sales service unable to give a clear answer, I strongly advise against buying from them

I bought a sofa from HomeBox App with 2 years warranty. One side became loose. I called them to fix it. They sent two technicians. Then, a team member called me to say that "We can not fix the item you purchased, under warranty of 2 years, because it is 'consumer used'.

Everything is going to be consumer used.

I am no longer going to be spending my hard earned money on such a shady business practice.

HomeBox lies about its warranty.

I called them many time trying to explain my issue but they don’t have a kind of after selling management. The manager decided it’s my mistake you are the one who broke the bed we can’t do any thing for you … the fixing team they are not professional people at all ….
even I told him that I will go and put the bed in front of your shop to let your customer see what you will did with them later then he said no problem I don’t care.
So what kind of experience with this kind of bad shop

I made my order 23th Nov, in email is mention that I will receive my item by 25th Nov, now is 27th Nov I am calling them to complain and staff are so lost, they don’t want to help, they just say we will try to deliver in 2-3 days, like they are on other planet and not in same city! I want my money back!

The service was great at the outlet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very bad service, I ordered bed room set, after 2 days they called and said sir your ordered item is damaged, please come take refund or take other one, I went on the same day.and ordered other one, again they took 3 days for delivery, and when the guys assembled it was again damaged from so many places, called fixing guy many times, and he is saying I will come and see and do white filling,

Giving 4stars as I am really happy and impressed with the Customer Service of Mr. Fahad of Ghubaiba HomeBox Branch and I must say all the Furniture which I selected were good quality with reasonable prices. Lastly I will give the 5th star when I will receive my furniture. Overall I must say Mr. Fahad was really Helpfull, Supportive and Friendly.

Product quality is way low comparing to their prices being sold. Earlier prices were less and it wasn't a disappointment as it looked that the prices are also less comparing to the quality but now they have increased their prices. Some products are still interesting to be looked at but overall quality is way less. Staff is nice and cooperative.
