Very bad service. Placed online order. First of all the order didn't arrive as apparently the driver didn't know the location. The building is very knows and famous with a lot of shops as Starbucks near by. The problem that the delivery management dosen't care and had no update about my order they didn't even rescheduled.called many times but no update. First and last time to order from them. Not recommend

Nice variety of furniture, furnishings and other home requirements all under one roof. Pricing is reasonable.

Worst customer service by far. Bought a wardrobe, it was broken after fee months. Called homecenter to fix, they said it has to be replaced and took the faulty part and now after almost 8 weeks they have not replaced or even returned the faulty parts they took. Their customer care phone doesn’t respond to calls.

تجربتي سيئة للغاية ابتداءا من المعرض و الموظفين و خدمة العملاء. ذهبت للمعرض و اخترت عدد ٣ قطع مع خدمة التوصيل بمبلغ اضافي و وصلني قطعتان فقط تم الاستفسار من السائق و ابلغني بأن المطلوب توصيله قطعتين فقط و عند الاتصال بخدمة العملاء و بعد شرح الموضوع كان اسلوبه سيء للغايه لدرجة انه اقفل السماعه بوجهي. لا انصح فيهم و لا بمنتجاتهم لسوء الخدمة و بالذات خدمة ما بعد البيع

Nice but you should buy when they have discounts otherwise no because even after discounts it seems expensive

Faisal was very very very bad Staff in Sharjah home center i try talked to him regarding my order to help me.and then he went to another place and put his hands on the chair with the manager and they do not consider anyone I tried to talk to him and unfortunately he answered me in an inappropriate way and he did not do any help and the manager Muhammad as well. I never see any employee like this!

Home center a great shop and value for all what you need for home I love to shop in offer time.
They really have good deals when they have offers or promo

All staff very cooperative, Especially one Lady Ankita from oasis mall sharjah she is very friendly, helpful, cooperative. Very good staff.

Nobody answer the phone! In any branch of Dubai or Sharjah homecentre! Not even customer service!

Worst customer service and delivery ever. My delivery is delayed by 3 days and no one is answering the phone.

Very bad service. I purchased through Click and Collect thinking that I can just go and collect without any hassle.

After recieving the message from them I went to collect my order, strange the order was there but there was no staff to release the order.
The staff present at the store started calling here and there and struggling to release the order.
Wasted my time.

Home centre has good collection @reasonable price. However some online stuff are more attractive & with this in mind, you may visit but finally we end up buying something else. A nice place for home decor n furnishings at good prices. It has good candles.don't miss them.

Very good place for furniture and home accessories. It's more expensive than many other shops but the high price cames with better quality.
Try to go in the sale time or when they have promotions to have more better choices.

Home Center Ajman on Ittihad road is permanently closed as it is moving to City center Ajman. Tentative date to open in City Centre Ajman is July onwards as per info leaflet posted on the closed home center doors.

Recently i bought a complete bedroon room set very good quality and best design but costly the good thing is you will also get free vouchers

Great furniture but keep a check on prices during sales.i visited before sale and then during sale and i found the prices 30 percent more and then reduced 30 percent during sales which means the price was the same as it was before sale.
