Their shawarma was so bad it wasn’t even wrapped tightly there was so garlic sauce and when I complained the staff didn’t even care but the smoothies are kind of good

Low quality food.order a chicken burger.when started to eat it look like it already prepared.very cold.
French fries was not also fresh.

Pathetic taste and they do sell wrong dishes and juices with authentic names where its no match to the original

Love it, especially the dynamite shrimp and dynamite chicken and unbeatable sauce it's my favorite sauce highly recommended to others to buy dynamite chicken from Hot Burger love it.

I called this restaurant for order and I normally don’t speak much of Hindi still spoke Hindi so he can understand the order the total bill was 50, the hot burger guy told 50 in Hindi and I didn’t understand it and I asked him what does that mean tell me in English or something else, he started arguing with me in rude saying if you can speak Hindi don’t you what that means, it was shocking to hear that as I ordered so many times and never had this but hope they take action and be more professional while talking to customers

Takeaway waiting time is too much. Guys who serve food just forget your order if you are not reminding them again and again. Staff interested in delivery rather than serving takeaway customers. Dinner meal/broasted chkn is worst. Chicken showrma (spicy) is Ok.

Pathetic service.they treat customers so badly.poor delivery and quality.and price is high when compared to other restaurants.before they were good.but now it's really pathetic. I don't want to say more. I won't recommend the same to anyone.

Ok experience. Had club sandwich and it’s tasted pretty decent compared to other cafe in that area.

The worst broasted chicken I.have ever tasted don't buy this. The low class hotel i have ever tasted in sharjah. Not clean atmosphere. Staff are not clean. I omitted after eating their brosted chicken

I ordered a chicken club and the waiting time was more than 20 minutes.the worst part was that i got 20% chicken and remaining 90% empty bread. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Decent place for fastfood. Recently prices were hiked and quality dropped a little. But still the best fastfood places in the vicinity.

Very bad service. I m waiting my order it al most 1 hours happen but i didnt get my order. Its 2 time happen with me.

I always order from them and I found in few recent orders the chicken charcoal they make is very bad quality, it is raw un cooked. They even send the fried chicken with bad smell one time. Today I called them and now they say they don't do the delivery if its card payment and also now suddenly they want minimum order to deliver the food. Its really becoming Very disgusting with this restaurant. I hope the owner see the message and investigate what is happening.

Very bad delivery service. I place the order at night 10 o clock its only for 5 minute distance they took 2 hours for delivery. Very bad service.

Alnahda sharjah branch is not upto expectations. There shawarma is not at all good now adays compared to other branches. Staffs should be very well shuffled to learn the proper method of cooking food. Shop renewation is not the biggest thing, but food must be improved

Second time I faced pathetic food from them! I ordered thick gravy chilli chicken and I got a red colored fluid and chicken without any sort of flavor!

For juice this store is not preferable. I ordered orange juice. I get one yellow colourd liquid with more water Low flavour of orange.
You can get orange flavour water for drink.
Hope fully im thinking i have given AED 12.5 given to hot burger charity.
Dont Purchase Juice from this store.

Bought sharwama and Sweet melon juice.
For sweet melon juice they used powder milk it was like I was drinking water mixed with milk powder and melon flavor.
Waste of money

Food is good, but service and behaviour of staff is very bad, twice ordered sandwiches and they send wrong order, they have bad attitude not accepting their mistake

I ordered broast frm them late night the broast fries packing all good n tasty but little I want is mayo garlic sauce which they don’t have with the broast.overall good exp

Minus one star for sometimes missing my order where I end up without my lunch.

I ordered for a green chilly chicken charcoal. What I got was a chicken charcoal and on top they applied the marinate. It was sure that they forgot to apply the marinate before preparing. By looking at the photos you can understand that. None of the staffs apologized or admit their mistake. They think they fooled me. I didn't complaint to them. If I complaint and how the untrustful staffs are going to prepare a new dish for me inside their kitchen is unknown.
I will never ever recommend this outlet.

You should try chicken and prawns dynamite its great then the custard apple shake awesome. Burgers are not bad. Good service

Burger is nice but sharwama and club sandwiches are not good. Chicken corn soup is worst of all.i was sick so ordered chicken corn soup.first of all they took 1 hr to deliver soup secondly it was too much spicy full of white and black pepper plus chunks of ginger in chicken corn soup (yuck).
It was more like a gravy with few pieces of corn and chicken without any egg white.just wasted my 10.50 dhs.
