Good company with good products, but had to go through very bad experience. I know you are a very good reputed company having good market for your products. If you don't like any retail customers please let us know. I had been there to buy one item and your retail section people made me to wait for 2 hours, no one is cared about my time value, one more guy was also there and he was also going through same situation. Can you believe just a product which your store guys just need to get from store and give it to me, , that's it. No one is giving proper response, one guy is passing on the ball to others, just we were getting reply whoever comes "just 5 minutes" that 5 minutes were converted into 2 exhausting hours, that also when we started to loose our cool we got our item. I was stuck because your guys took payment, and I made payment through card and I was stuck. May be those guys were not having any other work, but we had, we were receiving calls from my company, clients, sites. And no one is taking the seriousness of the time value, finally one gentleman from inside came and apologized and I got the product.please consider time is money, it's valuable.

Since three days we are trying to get in-touch with intercare by phone and emails but no response from them!
