Nice thali's and dosas.The reason why we did not put a five star rating is because when they deliverd the cheese dosa it was not soft and it was hard almost like a rock.

Ordered Ghee Roast and Chana Battura. The waiter was really slow, as if he did not like to serve us. Dosa was completely crispy like papad. Usually Dosas have only edges being crispy and the middle part soft. Battura was full of oil. Main draw back was, they charged us 4 dhs extra saying price for extra butter. When we questioned, they said it is the charge for the ghee used in the Ghee Roast. I dont know how people still go there.this was our first and last time there. DOES NOT RECOMMEND.

Recently renovated gives a great feeling. Good food as always and happy to come back each time.

The serving staff are thinking they are giving free foods, no customer respects, no welcoming just do their duty like doing seva …very bad service …

We had dinner there. It was stuffed mushrooms and kolhapuri paneer and tandoori roti. Roti was soft was freshly made. We enjoyed.

Authentic south indian food. Good taste as I tried south indian thali. Neat and clean ambience. Courteous staff.

Parking to begin is a problem. Craved vegetarian hence visited. Ordered South Indian thali which was alright. Lassi was on point and so was the Rabdi Coconut Matka

This is place is clean, they have maintained the hygiene. Sitting arrangement is not up to the mark. Food was good but not as good as they have been priced, menu is overpriced without any doubt.

Our family is very fond of Kamat Restaurant cuisines. Special mention sweet corn soup. In a nutshell we enjoy the food of Kamat.

I love the food at Kamat restaurant. I have been visiting Kamat from the day I am in Dubai. Its almost 9 yrs now. Their service is very good. Very friendly staff. Yesterday at 11.30 pm I got hot hot and crispy vada. I loved it. Thank you Kamat.

I ordered snacks, But they delivered at dinner time. Dear Kamat, please accept the order, if it can be delivered on time. Don’t earn smart.

Worst experience, giving priority to online orders, if you can wait for 1 Hr after giving your order than only go to Kamat. Careless service, taste of food is also not soo good. In my opinion 0 star.

Hygienic and place very ambience, good friendly staff.
Bisi bele baath - 4 stars nicely prepared
Masala Dosa - 3 stars, very less salted.
Gobi Manchurian - 4 stars, was tasty
Pav bhaji- 4 stars was tasty

It's a great place to eat vegetarian food, we had lunch plate and pav bhaji. Both the dishes were good.
It could have been slightly more spicy, but no complaints.

This restaurant don’t reserve single star also. I ordered thali which is 26dhm. You will get 1 aloo subji which is used with dosa and chana masala which used to serve with poori.and 4 curry (Sambhar rasam n another two) which is like water. You can not eat this with rice. I wasted my money. In normal restaurant you will get good meal with 50% less money.

One time we ordered paneer dish also which is also too expensive. Very less quantity and taste just okay okay.

Been here several times over the years. I like thier north Indian dishes. South indian stuff is okay but not great. Overall neat and tidy place. Space is a bit tight and can get really noisy at times.

Lots of option to choose from. Awesome quality of food and taste is fab. Portion is also quite good

Everyone knows this place gives the best food. What I would like to share here is about the behavior of staff. They are the best when it comes to serving food. With the love they serve, you will definitely want to eat here again and again. Also normally if you have zomato or any other coupons some restaurants will treat you low r serve you less. But the good part of this restaurant is when they come with the bill or cheque they ask you if you have any coupons. Respect to all the Staff of this Branch.

It was great, they are following the covid-19 guidelines very well, so, first of all, it felt safe having food there with family, secondly, the food was great loved the taste, it's just the quantity that was a bit small but for two people it's ok, enough space to accommodate, although due to corona now at one table only max 6 people can sit and then you need some gap between the other set of table

Kamat is always a yummy place to have food. Esply the Bangalore Mangalore dishes.
Staff has always been nice and more than anything speaking in native language Kannada makes the place so special

Yup.you can choose Kamat.let me tell you.for one year. I'm thinking to visit n grab some food.but didn't dare to. CZ vegetarian food is not my cup of tea. I'm a heart n soul non-vegetarian person.

But trust me when I'm saying Kamat is Worthy as it's stands for.their food is no doubt flavorful as well as mouthful of deliciousness!

Chole Bhature.
Vegetable kabab.
Veg hyderabadi biriyani.
Bhunna paneer.
Dry Fruit with saffron smoothie.
Gajar halwa.
Angori rasmalai.

And altogether. AED 170!
So it's affordable.in the same time the food was Luscious.
Once you visit. Ask for Ajay n Gopal.there section. Very Helpful n Knowledgeable by the menu.

Good hotel, fine hygiene, yummy vegetable meal but with little higher tariffs if compared with surrounding hotels.
Wash rooms are getting maintained in an excellent way

Was expecting far better. The Biryani was still good, but the curries and rotis could have been a lot better. Though it could have been because of the rush, but disappointed

We ordered for a Bisibele bath, they delivered Sambhar rice. Not sure is that the way it's made in kamat, there was not even a little fragrance of Bisibele bath in it.

Always ready to go to kamat. We as well kids like to eat there. So much variety and quick service. Most ordered food is paneer makhani, srikhand poori, chilly idly, stuffed mushrooms, actually everything is tasty there. All precautions taken care of.

Very bad service.i oder yesterday 7: 50 i calling 5 time to restaurant about my oder every time need 10 munit i canceled my order at 10: 40 still not ready

Ordered today Vegetable Pulao, through Zomato. It was as bad as plain white rice.no taste.no aroma. Few beans, carrot peices were not even cooked properly.

I frequently order from Kamat other items. But never got such a bad food experience from them.

This place is terribly overrated and overpriced, okay if the is good quantity and taste never mind giving such a price for dishes. Well unfortunately it’s overpriced with less quantity.
It was my first time and I ordered food from here on a weekend, order was for paav bhaaji dosa and chilly idily, seeing the higher rating i never thought before ordering and paying but once the food arrived it was very disappointing. Both the orders came in like kids meal with extremely less quantity for the price given, taste of food was average and nothing specially about it.
The local restaurants give better quantity and tasty food for a lesser price. Highly overrated!

Kamat Restaurant as you all know it, serves only vegetarian food but the food is definitely delicious. However, the food quantity seems to be diminishing for some time now. Even the roti's that they serve is so thin. Hence the 3 star rating. The service is nice and their restaurants are always comfortable. But looking at the food portion they serve, I was pretty disappointed since they aren't cheap in price as compared to a few other restaurants.

The best restraunt for vegetarians. Our all time favourite is the chinese bhel which is very crispy and delicious.

Average Veg restaurant, parking is an issue, also Thali should have more variety with chapati in it not tandoor

Awesome restaurant, excellent food and very attentive staff. The perfect place for a romantic dinner. I highly recommend the artichoke ravioli. We went to Villa Toscana with our friends to celebrate a birthday, the food was excellent, everything we ordered was special! & our tables was nicely decorated with petals and the restaurant offered a slice of cake with candles to my friend!

When I have craving for authentic Punjabi food. I prefer only Kamat. Very clean and hygienic restaurant.

The food quality has become very bad. Once it was my favourite not anymore. Went there on 30th Nov 2019

Lovely indian veg restaurant and possibly the best in sharjah when it comes to consistency. If you want to try veg Indian dishes you should visit this place before any other. My personal fav is the Lunch thali with poori for which I would go back again and again. We love the dosas they make, special mention to the Andhra masala dosa, a bit spicy but precious. My husband loves their fresh vadas dipped in sambar as well. Mango Lassi is worth trying. Another fav is the Indo-Chinese food they serve, with lots of authentic Chinese restaurants around UAE this one easily serves the best version of indo-chinese food in the town. We were a regular customer of Kamat until the parking became a big problem. Sad that it's not easily accessible anymore, and take aways dont taste the same as dine-in unfortunately for us.

Tasted Rava masala dosa and vada here.
Very tasty and yummy food but little expensive. But worth the price. Service also very prompt.

From last 8 years, i dine here at least 2 days in month.awesome food quality + Quantity, they already take a good care of our health.salute to kamat chef who maintain a same taste through out all this years.i love to eat here (especially Thali.)

I’ve tried the lunch, the tally with veggie collection, very nice and tasty, they offer roty and bory and rice if you want, service is friendly and fast, price is reasonable, recommended to try.

Has a common owner with that of Gazebo and I think accessible kitchen as well. But it is an only Veg restaurant unlike Gazebo.
