Came across their page on Insta and was always in awe of the cars they had. Finally the time came for me to buy one of my dream cars and I made the trip to their showroom in Sharjah and I wasn't disappointed.

The agent Abdulla greated and helped us narrow down the car. The process was fairly easy, put down a deposit of a 1000 Dhs and if there weren't delays from the bank, I'd have it sooner than I did.

We picked up a beautiful charcoal grey 2018 dodge charger and happy to say we aren't disappointed. Encountered a few issues with the car and when I reached out to Abdulla, he was helpful.

Piece of advice to any new buyers, pls have the petrol intake line checked as when you fill a full tank, the car locks itself as air locks the whole system and ensure that all the fittings are fine. The petrol tank was apparently broken resulting in all the car stopping in the middle of E311. Anyhow, Kandy cars collected the car and got it fixed at no cost.

I’ve been a fan of Mustang since childhood. The decision to move to UAE was an easy one to make cause I know this was the place where I could realize my dream of owning one. I started my search for the right car even before I got my license. It was difficult to find a trustworthy seller with options here being unlimited. I came across Kandy cars through Instagram and the reviews they had gave me the confidence to ring them up. I got in touch with Mr. Abdulla and after speaking to him I knew it was from Kandy that I was going to make my dream come true. Mr. Abdulla has been very cooperative right from the beginning. He understood what I was looking for and genuinely wanted me to make the right purchase. Stock active exhaust was one of the influencing feature that I was looking for and Mr. Abdulla made sure he found me a car with the feature. Amazing place to surf through a wide variety of American muscles. I had 0 experience in purchasing vehicles in UAE. The staffs here were very gentle, polite and was approachable. They explained the history of the car and what all have been done.

I purchased the car 3 months back (March 2022) and so far no issues. Only some minor issues which were cleared by them as well.

Farookh is the guy who helped me throughout the whole process. Step by step instructions and advise was provider by him (Passing, registration, number plates …etc. Helped me to customize the ride as per my personal preferences. After the purchase i noticed some issues which i notified him and was fixed by them soon.

Advise for new customers:
Check the VIN number and get the history, Inspect the car thoroughly. Take the selected machine for a spin, take it on bumpy roads to notice the vibrations. Lift the car and check properly the tyres, suspensions, mountings etc.if you noticed any issues update the team before you take home and they will fix it for you. Can’t blame them once you takeoff with the car. Please note that all are used cars! And hence Dont compare them to a brand new machine. Minor works have to be done.

Taking for vehicle testing:
I really don’t recommend the testing center right in front of kandy cars. I have done a comprehensive test worth aed 500+ and there were issues which were not noticed by them (cracked tyres, vibrations, inner and outer arms… etc)
I noticed them after i took it to home and driven through bumpy roads on the following days.

Have i faced additional expenses after purchase?:
Yes, close to 7k aed. Replaced all 4 tyres, inner and outer arms, ball joints …etc. It was my personal preference to change the tyres to a certain brand and the other parts too since safety comes first for me.

Waiting period:
Less than a week. All updates and status of the process were provided by Farookh instantly.

Asked them for a dodge challenger and got ignored
Went there showed me few cars and the sales representative told me he will send me pictures and few more cars ASAP and didn't help me out at all even after I reminded him few.

This shop should be avoided. Their staff lies to your face. I purchased a car that had 4 accidents and the odometer was rolled back by 190,000 kilometres. Of course, when I asked these questions before purchasing the car, the manager assured me it was accident free and the odometer reading was true. STAY AWAY

We just bought a 2017 Mustang from Kandy cars.
The services offered by them were really good. The staff is patient too. They do provide hassle free finance they also take care of passing the car.
Mr. Faruk and Mr. Sajjad have been real good help. The other members of team were also really helpful and friendly.
They did guide us on each and every process and attended our calls every time. All the problems in car were clearly mentioned to us by presenting the paper and they did advise us to send the car back after driving a few days so they can fix all other issued that we discover while driving.
It’s been 2 weeks my car seems fine. Few minor details to be taken care of which I am sure by paying one visit to them Will be fixed.

Junk cars with a new paint job. That is all they sell here. Every car has been in a accident and they are completely dishonest about the damage. If you even think about buying a car from these theives, be sure to get your own evaluation. They will offer to do for you, because they know their cars will fail so they have to buy their car evaluations under the table. Do NOT let them "pass" it with a fake eval. These people are unprofessional and should be shut down.
