Had a chance to dine in 3-4 times. But the things are below the expectations. The food they are serving seems to be cooked too early. They are just making it warm n serve U. Nihari is below the mark. Chicken bariyaani (really disappointed me). Staff should be trained for great customer service. They are just gossiping and roaming. Lack of professionalism.
Very Bad Service and i ask for a paratha and they give me very cold chapatti in covered bag and when i reach to office I found a very cold roti instead of a paratha.very disappointing
Place was smelling mouldy, ac was very poor and most importantly the food was really horrible and off tasting. My family had stomach pains due to it. Wouldn't ever recommend.
Staff behavior not good specially cashier. Dont know how to Talk with customer and food also cold. I recommend to don’t visit. They have hidden charges of food also
Grilled items were good A big NO to malai kofta Chai was grear We tried their ras malai also but that too was dissapointing. Main course kadhae was good Meat was juicy and tendor.
Too expensive compared to there other branches is Dubai. Breakfast will cost you more than dinner or lunch. For same level restaurant, you can get better else where
By name you will come to know it’s Pakistan restaurant Breakfast lunch dinner are available here Separate area for family Rate are reasonable Food taste is just ok Staff service is not good every time u have to find where is waiter for your order Kd was before pride for everyone but the same service is not available now
I hardly give negative review but this place deserves one. Went with Family after our visit to Museum. Ordered Chicken Kadhai, Butter Chicken, Chicken Lolipop, Tandoori Roti and Rumali Roti, they give complimentary Raita and salad with the order. Apart from the Raita and Tandoori Roti, everything else was disaster. Butter chicken was cooking cream, sugar with some pcs of chicken and colour microwaved. Chicken Karhai was tomato paste with undercooked garlic and ginger, chicken Lollipop was like chicken pakora with bone.
Table had glass which was chipped on all the 4 corners which is very dangerous and my son and myself ended up getting cuts. All in all disaster. Rude manager, didnt liked we being honest to him
I don’t give negative comments anywhere but this place deserve one, food is way below average and price is high. Not recommend for family, very very poor quality!
Peshawari chicken kadai is a really mouthwatering item. Other than this, we ordered Alu mutter, Tandoori roti, Parathas, etc. All items scored 10/10. Budget friendly is the another highlight. Worth for money.
Ambiance is very bad, family area was very smelly, I have had eaten in other branches food was delicious but this branches really have very un standard food quality and tast. Mutton karai was more spicy from regular and mutton pieces was very hard kababs was good but not Karachi standards.
Very poor food quality, they served stale food and chicken items that I ordered was very poorly cooked and raw, our family had stomach pain after having their food, and management is also poor they don't even give us any discount or compensation despite of complaining them. I don't recommend this place to any one.
Very good restaurant. Available all kind of delicious food. Good services. Fast check out process. Food available in zomato. Reasonable price. Parking available.
It's very good restaurant for Pakistani food, location is not very good because of parking issue, otherwise taste is very good, big family hall and friendly staff.
As compare to others, this restaurant is a little bit higher in rates but service was good. Variety of menu was excellent. They have a variety of tea snacks like "Jalebi", Gulab Jamun", "Samosa" etc. It is located at a very excellent but peaceful place near Rola square i.e. A business hub.
I had tried their Haleem that was tasty and too much meety with necessaties like fried onions, green chillies, lemon and masala that were enhancers.
They have afequate staff to handle the rush, further they are prividing foods to neerby offices. I had witnessed the rush of customers. I chose this restaurant rendomly but it did not disappoint me.
Secondly i had two types of tea there. One was "Kadak" while other was "Sulemani". Kadak was excellent for tea lovers while Sulemani is just routine. They have so many snacks to enjoy with tasty cup of tea. It is a big plus.
I have one complain that it was not much clean. It does not mean that they are inhygienic but they are little slow in rush hours. This area needs impeovement
All people having South Asian taste buds can enjoy the variety of meals and spend a good time here.
