Extremely bad shop! I don’t understand how noon is still dealing with the! I ordered for 84AED to get 15 AED portion, can anyone believe this meal for 84 dhs?

They're not good with people engagement and also a problem with her food making time

Oh when i saw this place and the way chefs were working. I was like woah! They prepared my meal in time and served my bag exactly when i reached. 10/10

I placed an order online for a fresh salad from Wrapped.ae on the careem delivery application. When the food arrived, I opened the packaging and noticed the lettuce was browning and soggy. The food had obviously been in the refrigerator over night - maybe even longer. I then found a stamp on the base of the bowl indicating the salad had been prepared Sunday (yesterday) and should be consumed by Monday (today) at 12pm (the exact time of the delivery). I called careem who informed me they would not refund me but credit me 3x free deliveries - amounting to 21dhs (for a salad that cost 45dhs). The restraunt then called to offer a replacement salad with the exact same expiration date stating that the fridgerated food was OK until midnight tonight. I declined and requested a full refund.

Ordered pizza on thursday, very thin pizza with only few pieces of chicken on it and taste was not that good. Placed order via smiles app (which was terrible on that day)
2 stars for the restaurant for arranging delivery from their side as Smiles team was not responding.

New coming restaurant. Nice design, sure, the spend a lot for fit out and equipment. It looks professional. Let's wait, we will try what's inside.
