Tastes like any other KFC restaurant just they need to understand that when you ask for wings they shouldn't tell you go to pizza hut they have wings!

Same food same taste and place is just good
But KFC is same and prices are the only French fries which cost u 1 aed are not well mixed.

Remained and still the best branch in sharjah for a long time, but there is down side with the drive thru service, some of the staff there can trick you with pre-ordered Pepsi or left over French fries, so chech your order every time you drive thru to make sure it's fresh made and new!

Bought 2 boxes of popcorn. Had the worst experience. Usually they are good with the quality of food.but this time the popcorn the served, 1 was fresh and the other felt like it was cold like leftovers

KFC taste varies a tiny bit with different outlets/locations this one is one of the best. Other than that its your usual KFC out door seating is available.

The worst branch ever, stuff will tell u that they close or out of goods at the branch and their duty not finished yet

It has never occured to me personally that I ordered food & did not recieve it untill now. Minor delays in delivery are an exception but not getting your food at all after waiting for an hour and a half is just absurd. Very poor customer service! Called multiple times but the guy on the other side simply made excuses and even lied that they never recieved my order. I hope this branch clear up their act and do some good hiring at least in the customer service department.

Im posting not based on the food but everything the floors of the outside tables is all watery and disgusting all of the tablesdont get cleaned well and not in time the toilet is disgusting the soap dispenser is bad the floor looks all watery and the grease on the tables is enough to make 100 costumer vomit and the costumer service is bad a very weak and negative attitude they always fight and the male employees joke with the female employees in a touchy manner in front of the costumers also the fries sometimes have green stuff on it which leads to bad and un well oil the employees feel forced to work there

This is said to be one of the outlet with great taste.

Fyi, don't go after 3 am, since they will try to serve you the left overs and put u in a bad shape ;)

If you don't find what you want then it's the option to visit KFC at any place available. Though it's junk it's satisfying.

Open till late nights this outlet serves hit food always. Don't forget to check your billed amount and collect the change from staff as they always pay less change.

Customer service is something that needs to be improved in this branch! The old arabic guy and other staffs definitely needs to improve their approach towards customers. They try to pick an argument on everything. The rolla branch’s Kfc has amazingly trained staff with positive attitude!

I know I'm being punished for ordering junk food but I had guests and I needed to oblige their preferences. I made my telephone order at 11 pm to a man that was very impatient and machine-like in his rushed manner. I Ordered 15 original pieces in a bucket, he repeated the order back to me as spicey, and I corrected him, (it’s in the live recording they can play it back) but he STILL PROCESSED IT AS SPICY!
I explained to the manager of the store that I need a new order but he argued to get the 15 pieces back even though some of the kids started eating
Driver arrives with the new order (he was the only polite person and I did feel sorry for him having to follow dictator managers). I asked him to call the manager so I could explain that you're not getting 15 pieces back its impossible. The manager robotically argues company policy for 15 minutes. (I developed a splitting headache like when you have to keep repeating yourself to a toddler)
I hand back the remaining spicy chicken and take my correct order.

The driver won't leave my front door for another 20 minutes like some kind of Mafia agent stalking my house (my husband is away on business - how disgusting to intimidate a women and her children!) I had another male guest that could have defended me very easily but I did not want to make a big drama for my guests to be troubled, I’m the host and my elderly guests would have been very upset.

Then at 12 am I get a call from very rude women who it seems is instructing the driver to not leave my house and again demanded 15 pieces of chicken back like a deranged parrot programmed to recite KFC's greedy money driven laws on how to maximise profits.

I explained at length that she should think more clearly and she should understand the reality of taking food from people while they are eating and that the mistake is recorded on the phone from their side. She was so very determined to get this 15 pieces back, in the end, I said the only way you're going to get that is if my guests regurgitate their meals. I think the penny dropped for her then that she was acting like a lunatic because she said she did not want to argue any more. I asked for her name, she put the phone down on me - charming.

In short, my entire evening was disturbed by the money grabbing mentality of a company that sees their customers as cash machines, not as human beings with emotions and real lives. Even when I called the call centre back to record my very bad treatment they said they would get someone to call me back WHAT!? At 1 am in the morning? Are you out of your mind? I said I have the right to sleep and not be bothered any more.

This is the lesson, if the KFC food does not kill you with their toxic waste approach to cooking, then the poor customer service and resulting stress will. My son is a martial arts champion and it seems that KFC accidentally picked up the UFC (ultimate fighting championship) manual when they trained these guys who dealt with me yesterday. To be fair to all of the civilized people that are really good at their job in KFC and work hard to be kind I feel sorry that you have people in your company who are letting you down. I feel the privacy and peace of mind in my home was very violated yesterday and I almost wanted to call the police but the driver - who’s innocent may have been deported if I did that. His cowardly team leaders were using him to do their dirty work - how appalling!
Well, I’m not going to be silent and exercise my right to speak the truth so other customers can prepare themselves and not feel they should stand for such bad treatment

I was surprised after having, as the chicken was so oily and dry inside & it tasted different not that KFC vibe feeling. I felt like if I was eating from some local cafeteria. Please do something to make KFC chicken the best of all. My experience this time was so bad that i rated 1 of 10.

Don't know what's wrong with KFC. Prices increased deals are expensive and the taste is also bad fish smell from chicken. And always have stomach problem when my family have KFC meal. Food inspector really need to take notice and i am openly complaining for all KFC branches in sharjah.

Good food, not v healthy.fried chicken tasty but will block your arteries and give you heart attack or heart burn. Lucky there is good hospital Central Private Hospital nearby on clock tower if you want economical and Zahra hospital also if you want expensive.

This outlet disappointed. The staff was dealing roughly and handling customers in no order. The space is congested and it just killed the mood.

Kfc you are the bst your making awesome foods like feiry twister that my fovurite meal more spicy more crispy kfc I had something you need it first make new meal next make it cheesy or if you can make every meal add with many cheese and make it more cheesy if you want im poor a little I dont have enouph money for my work all what I need it 500 aed please.if you want
