My friends and I visited the KFC branch in Al Nahda Sharjah. The staff are worst they don’t even apologize and keep telling us the waiting time of 5 mins.then it became more than 20 mins and more. You have to shout so they will listen to you and then the manager was like doesn’t have even the empathy to say sorry for the delay. Worst customer service, worst leadership and it was you need to report this branch, as it was dirty… Staff doesn’t speak well, they don’t even understand basic English either. Please train your team. WORST EVER!
Very unhygienic food, yesterday had a meal there zinger burger and extra fries for my baby he had severe diarrhea and pain in stomach.still he’s having motions… I have eaten those fries too I don’t know they were so tasteless and looked very old, must be expired… I will make a complain in the municipality department… I don’t recommend them at all.
Kfc is always Best. I want to deliver my Message to the management. We ate chicken pieces and strips. I love strips but strips were full of Salt. It was more than more Salty strips. It happened 2nd time. 1st time kfc from maysaloon branch now nanda sharjah branch. I skiped my dinner because of extra loaded Salt. It was like We are eating Salt only. Please check it carefully. Add normal Salt in kfc strips Please.
To the night manager who was at the cash register around 10PM, I ordered two Twister Boxes, Requested the chicken pieces to be breast piece for each individual meal, but you refused and said “you can only have one Leg piece and one Breast, Not both” which is odd because they are two different meals for two different people.don’t know what was wrong with him, oh well, good day mate.
In Some locations KFC is very good, they cook properly and the chicken is not oily and very crispy but in some outlets its very oily, they should have some standard,
I had very very bad experience with such international brand KFC Sharjah Alnahda Branch. The chicken was totally uncooked, not at all crispy, fully soft and wet. Waste of Money. We called the delivery boy and he replied he can’t do anything call the branch and there is no branch number for KFC, when I tried customer care it’s not having service after 2: 00 AM. From this I experienced never trust on brand, sometimes local restaurants can give us more satisfaction.
The chicken here is fantastic as always but they gave us a lesser portion of spicy fries even when we had paid extra for the family size. Second they told us that they didnt have 7up which they had.and what they gave us was super warm. The bathroom was very dirty too
Was okay, I personally feel that the taste of KFC is best at dubai branches than sharjah ones. Ordered ordered super dinner meal, the chicken was too oily and seemed old.taste was just not too bad.
Not observed any faults in customer service when it comes to professional behaviour.
Given the benefits of the doubt that the overwhelming weekend crowd and the due to high demand. ” might be” the service was lacking in their consistency and quality of service.
The meal was served cold and with soft fries. In the beginning, I was pleased to see how quick the order was placed and received but when I began to consume it I regretted the whole experience. It was missing out on taste, seasoning and quality.
KFC had been in the fast-food chain for years and have satisfied many customers including me. But unfortunately not at this joint.
Staff was very arrogant, even after ordering snack box which includes leg and thigh piece, I was offered thigh and wing pieces. Compared KFC McDonald's is always a better outlet.
Very poor service waiting for more than 30 mits in cash counter with no one to attend to me I even had to call them from inside and they told me I should make the order from quaz. I had to take an other 5 mits to make the order then waited again to pay but the machine was not working.i had to go back again to the counter to make the order. OMG very bad experience Don't even have time to narrate the whole situation.
Definitely, this is the worst KFC i have ever visited when it comes to service. People were made to wait for 20-30mins to get their order and the staff there was literally shouting at a guy who asked her where is his order saying 'Can't you see there's only one staff here dealing with all the orders' when literally there were 4-5 staffs there. Visit here if you have got time to wait and collect the order at the staff's mercy:/
Good place for refreshing.had a nice time battling my rice and chicken alongside with Pepsi, good environment with enough space from upper floor and down floor for your deal of the day. Play ground out side for children and fresh air people.
Situated at a very congested place. If you are lucky to find a parking during peak times the rest is fine. This outlet is mostly crowded but it's really fun to visit such a place to have a good mood especially if you are in a group. Great place for kids to enjoy. Play area is nearby. KFC has a spacious Party Hall and they manage your functions very well. There are so many food outlets next to it. It is 200m away from Lulu Hypermarket and Al Nahda Park.
Yesterday I had a very bad experience with the staff. Taste also worst. Their service is not satisfied. They even not listening what iam saying they are marking on their own.every time I go there I had a bad experience with them. Worst service need to improve. They are spoiling all KFC name.
Online customer service is very poor. I called them at 11.20pm and I got the delivery at 1.50pm which is more than 2 hours delay. Usually very rush during weekend nights. Customer service is average. Parking slots are available. Opens till 5am. Dining here is very comfortable. Ambience is good.
My 6 yr old son wanted to see how the self order kiosk works. He was so small that ee had to bring a bench for him to reach the buttons. One of the staffs told him to stop "playing". It was a learning opportunity for him to understand how the process works. He wasn't hitting the buttons, or choosing randomly, he was genuinely ordering. We did helped him finish his order but is disappointed how the staff approached the situation.
Called them at 10: 45pm, placed my order. And received my order more than 2 1/2 hours. I called them back for three times, to check my order, and every time i will call they told it will take another 10 minutes. Where in myplace is only 10 minutes away from there restaurant. And when the time i cancelled my order, my order came. Not even single sorry i heard from them.
