Worst branch i ever visit. They give me my order missing two things! And when I told them, they were very late in giving it to me, and in the end they gave me something that I did not want, and the stuff are never organized, they are late and missing things mistakes in orders, and on top of all that, they didn’t give me my bill, if you cannot handle a huge amount of people, do not take orders, and also do not make people stand behind the building for those who are ordering drive thru because there is no space.

One should not go for driver thru here.
They don't have proper staff to serve food
Fries will not that hot in drive thru

Everything OK except the washroom area, its too crowded. Only one washroom and only one washbasin available there.

It's one of the best KFC outlets. The proximity to corniche and park make a very good ambience. Of Course the washroom is small and dingy.

Pathetic customer service. I regret that I ordered food from there. They treat you like came to collect free food.

This branch is very bad because we ordered more time. The order is always a mistake the workers didnt understand what we want and the supervisor is same as them

It was very good service and tasty
Now it's nice tasty but very dirty place and very bad service in conter I ask for 1 cup they fighting me in very bad behavior

دجاج كنتاكي أنا لا أكثرمن أكل دجاج كنتاكي ولكن ذهبت ذات يوم مع صديقتي لي إحضار بعض الوجبات تيكوي ونصدمنا حين رجعنا إلى المنزل لي أكل واجبة العشاء كان ناقص من الصمون الدائري وكان الدجاج بدون صمون الكنتاكي يتميز بي أكله المميز وبي قرمشت الدجاج المكسو بالبقصمات اللذيذه المقرمشه أرجو الحرص على الاهتمام بتكميل الطلب وختراع أكله جديده

Orderd twice from this branch but both orders the taste feel different and unsatisfied.and branch customer handling also feel so bad.

The girl at counter was ready to give an extra piece along with our meal after she signed up into KFC website from my phone. There are only limited seats.
No washroom or hand wash area. I felt like there's some kinda work going on on one side of the building when o visited.

One thing this chain lacks is “consistency”. You go to different branches “especially dubai” & the food is great, but here, fries was too soggy, box master sandwich chicken was under cooked. And don’t get me started with the poker faced unfriendly staff.must have better standards than this.

The drive thru was a really bad experience. The employees gave the wrong order. Wasn't being helpful at all.

Drive through area is very small and waiting time is more than other kfc branches. But food is much better and fresh than other branches

The place was so dirty that I literally regretted buying food from there. The water from the washroom were flowing out all the way to the seating place.

Promised to deliver the food in 28 minutes, where as actually started making the food after 28 minutes. Bad service!

Worst experience in home delivery not even once more then that I have experienced massive delay

I just ordered one 21 ps bucket and 1 cake.delivery boy given only bucket first and told he will deliver the cake in 10 mnts.he came back after 15 mnts and given me cake.when I seen the cake it iwas only half of piece.and I called him back he told may becouse of packing.he told he will deliver another one in 10 mnts.then given after 15 mnts a full piece to my wife.my wife told she can call me.but before that he left suddenly.this is not first time.but this time it's really hurts.how can they deliver like this? Really bad impression

Very very bad experience.we had ordered online and the food came from the buhaira branch.the chicken was very dry and hard to chew with fries that were I guess two days old.a very disappointing experience from KFC

Very poor customer service. Staffs should be trained to treat customers well. They have a a single washroom that too kept in a very unhygienic way and without lights.

I have placed and order and paid the amount to credit card. However even after 2 hours no delivery received and tried the call center minimum 4 times and no proper response or support to get the delivery. Such bad service from an international brand. Never expected and not at all acceptable.
Will never order their products

Very bad experience in terms of online booking and service.we have made online payment order has not delivered.

Took 2 hours for delivery and while following up they transfer the order to other store. Not recommend at all to order using their web.

This is not the first time i order something take a way and when i open my order find some thing else.

To be honest, KFC was the best 7 years ago. Right now the food is not fresh and sometimes its cold. The wrost drink is the pepsi. You cant drink it at all. Its like im drinking water with sugar thats it.

I hope they improve because i had MANY bad experience from them.

Overall good place to have food. The food and the quality of food here is great. The staff and everyone here is very humble and down to earth. They actually care about their customers.
The presentation of the food is also very good.
The environment in the restaurant is peaceful no noise nothing.

Unlike the usual KFC's seen in sharjah, this KFC stands out cos of its location, ease of ordering through kiosk machine and faster delivery of food. I visit only this branch of KFC now when ever I feel like having KFC

I ordered yesterday and have not received it. There's one arabic guy i think egyptian very bad in customer service he answered many times my calls and nothing happened. Just promising that my order on the way, he said sorry beacause we are waiting for driver omg! Please don't promise the customer if you cannot do it after you give exact time. I called around 5: 55pm still follow up until 8: 10pm.

Single washroom and is always engaged. No proper attention to customers. If you are lucky you may get well fried chicken or stay satisfied with whatever you receive. As no one is responsible for your concern no one will listen to you. Experience better quality kfc from rolla, sharjah city centre or from al nahda.

We always go there in the week for special offers.
KFC is personally my favorite.

Finding a parking space next to KFC may be tough especially in the evening but ample parking is available on the other side of the road. I mean opposite to KFC.

I purchased more than 100 aed, when i asked for 2 ketchup extra they said 1 aed, i paid more than 100 without any problem but that’s 1 dirhams is ridiculous!

Nice place for friends and families to spend great times especially in weekends.it is not 100% healthy food.but if you take it one time monthly it will be OK

Unlike most of the KFC joints, this place serves a very yummy KFC chicken. Have experienced similar taste in KFC at Marina near JBR.

Worse branch, idiot Egyptian who pick up call in this branch, I ordered at 5: 30 and iftar time 7: 08 still no delivery, I call the call centre 3 times and this idiots they keep saying it's on the way, I took their branch number from the call centre and 1 idiot Egyptian he pick up and say ya it's on the way without even taking details then he cut the line, after 8: 30 they start calling about location i told them to f*** them selves

Pathetic service. Highly unprofessional. Placed an online order today evening at 6pm and requested for a delivery at 7pm for Iftar. Called 5 times to the call center for follow up still no one bothered to call back from the store to update about the order. More than 1 hour and still waiting for delivery. They say my order will be delivered in next 30 to 45 mins. Which means the order which I was supposed to receive at 7pm will be delivered at 9pm. Very very very upset with the response and highly unprofessional service.

Still waiting for the order and not delivered yet. 1 hour 40 minutes since I requested the order and still not delivered.

Greetings, had my dinner with my husband at the buhaira chroniche (sharjah store) now and our experience was not satisfying, specifically from the store supervisor himself just bcos we asked for an extra ketchup on our meals, he lashed back at me in a rudely manner and told me he will charge 1aed for extra ketchup
Haved worked with devyanni (kfc) in my country for 3yrs and I didn't get a training like that as a team member, shift supervisor and most amazing from a 'store supervisor', pls enlighten him more.customers are our kings and Queen and should be treated in the best manners, even when we are stressed out.

Kfc walk i guess is located smwhere at hiranandani thane ghodbunder road. The place is really good for family, however staff is little slow.

KFC same everywhere.same taste.but this one doesn't have an option to pay by Card! Cash Only Outlet! And we are living in Digital Era!

It was good as ever.but i dont want to listen that damn music while eating.this is absolute nonsense.i asked a guy to stop music.
