Called 7 times for lexus spare parts, they keep transferring the call till it hungs up, 8th time I told the story to whom ever is answering me.still he transferred with a hung up at the end.regardless the many other 100 times trying to call without answering me, they cannot run a business over the phone in 2021!

One of the authentic Mitsubishi dealer but ver Rude behavior of the staff, I called and while talking he suddenly disconnect the call without listening to me properly, then I cancelled to buy anything forever from them and bought from another small Mitsubishi dealer.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. I am working in a rent a car company and looking for a supplier of a spare parts for our vehicle. I have visited their shop in Sharjah and got their business card. I have called them again to check for prices of break pads. I called mobile number which they guy wrote on their business card. I called several times but the guy keeps on rejecting the call. I tried calling the landline, someone answered but seems they are not interested with my inquiry. Wish you good luck with your company.
