Kitchens are under maintenance but still the staff help us for cooking stuff

This is hotel is very good and staff are so very helpful and Mrs asad and ms anees is so good

Magnificent! It provides comfortable stay in a beautiful place near Hatta hub of winter activities.

Worst hotel if can be called like that. Bed is a brick, water gets out brown, room service is useless, no bottles of water if not asked, kitchen is a real hole of rust. No star for this service.

The position of hotel is improved with new helpfull staff and neat and clean area and very great view.

I recomend to stay and observe the changes

I recomend every one to stay in 1 bedroom and hall with sea view because its very cheap then other hotels

Old place, good staff at reception, NO TV, spacious with full kitchen, nice view، management answerd my comments BUT can't answer them back, we had 3 rooms all TV not working at all of them

Was nightmare tv brokan and signal weak and air conditioning brokan and coffee machines and bad service

The staffs are not accomodating your needs, ive been requesting to fix the remote control of the tv and to fix the wifi, they are not doing anything to help you. They are busy playing on their mobile phones. I tried to request fix the shower but they did not do it. I hope the management will do anything about it
