Worst garage ever. They dont know what they are doing. They tried to fix my mercedes benz viano ac problem eventually after their claimed fix the cars allied parts started giving trouble in midst of the road. The car broke and due to their apparent unprofessionalism in fixing back the car.
Only take your car to the garage if you have lot of spare time and chunks of money, as they charge heavily on the spare parts and they charge it for each part fixing seperately. Like if you give them to fix the ac, they quote you for the compressor and they charge you extra at the end for the condensor change plus the filter change so on and so forth.
Means : you loose your money plus you need another garage to fix what they have left over.

I had to do a major service for my car. I like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Mohamed Abraar for his super coordination and conducting the service and frequently updating me with the progress.

Really I visited this workshop thinking they know what they do.
Wallah they took more than 7000 Dirham and I come back with the same problem.
I deal with the receptionist with great respect and trust but he is not professional.
He promise to answer me when I communicate with him but he didn’t.
I spend too much money with hotel and travel but I come to saudi without fixing the problem.
I visited the agency before them but they told me another issues.
My mistake I trust this workshop

I took my mercedes car for AC gas leak. They charged me 1200 Dh for changing AC gas and filter without fixing the actual leak. After 2 days the AC was blowing hot air again. When I went back to them they simply said they don't know how to fix it!
I took the car to another garage and they fixed it within one day.

Have been a client at Kojak for 6 months. My experience so far has been more than positive. They are very customer/service focussed and honest. They do not repair what does not need repairing, and they stand behind the work the have done. Prices are competitive.

Smart fortwo parts, they deal in a good way with the customer, they are pleasant but you can not find parts of old models smart fortwo 2001
