Just been there for a second time around as the first visit the 4d ultrasound didn't happen, I clearly mentioned that I need the booking for 4d ultrasound with travel certificate, when we arrived there I doble check with the reception guy about the appointment with Dr. Erum, and so on the other doctor check on me and it's not 4d. When I told them that they supposed to inform us that Dr. Erum is not available the staff started to be rude. In the end the DR.check on me but still not 4d and the staff tried to get same amount for 4d with travel certificate even they did normal ultrasound IT'S A WASTE OF TIME WE CAME FROM DUBAI TO SHARJAH FOR 4D ULTRASOUND, THEY MAKING DRAMA FOR SAYING THE BABY HEAD IS DOWN. I WENT TO OTHER CLINIC AND THE 4D HAPPENED

Dra Erum, and staffs are very accommodating. And also with affordable packages. The start of my pregnancy gives me less worries because of them. Highly recommended.

Dr. Erum is the best gynecologist so far, she handled my delivery case exceptionally, she does not let the patients spend money unnecessarily and discusses everything in detail with proper care and attention.

It was not good and not bad to visit this clinic today. At reception firstly when they came to know that I am not cash customer (patient) but the insurance, she asked me that this insurance is not covered here etc etc.when I insist that I am sure that my insurance is covered at this clinic as I have documentary proof. Then they look after and processed me for doctor.
Doctor is experienced and after that all
Was okay.
But what i feel that they like only cash customers.
