Rude responses. Inquired for a specific issue via their WhatsApp number. Person asked for the car make and model and simply avoided stating they are busy even after a week from today. Either way, no harm no foul as long as I did not have to deal with such pricy attitudes for a service I have to pay.

At First everything seemed perfect, appointments and service were great at the time dealing was superb and smooth to be fair and honest.

Later requesting more services; things turned side ways and service is given priority based Nationalities pretending an appointment scheduled is respected however it turned out it is a privilege to who ever closer in personal relationships

the only mistake I did as customer is that I missed an appointment and apologized for it:), once requested a new appointment I was neglected for a week until I sent the truth on massage where apparently reminded and upset them where eventually got an new appointment with altitude

Business with one man Show does not Glow ;), thank you life does not stop at one garage

Seeing the response from the Garage; this is my reply;
as i said i missed 1 appointment only and requested for a second one where i have been neglected (WhatsApp conversation is available so don't try to twist the truth) no third appointment requested and i ended the conversation bacause of lack of respect just take it to improve yourself not just to debate and giving excuses to your failure on keep a customer (you didn't even apologized), since first meeting the manager didn't came back to me as promised on inquiries requested (i should have taken that as a sign)

You do prioritize people based on nationalities and i have seen it myself, by the way don't check with the employees (they are doing what they are told to do) just change the management

Tried to visit this garage.they talked rudely, told me only next week they could take car for regular maintenance, we will text.and never texted me

I visited Toyota 86 due to poor acceleration. Mr. Lijiwi, the maintenance manager, had a lot of experience and was professional in handling the work. I couldn't solve the symptoms for 3 months in Abu Dhabi, and I corrected it here. And all the staff were very kind.

Sadly no 0W-20 oil other than Motul and will not accept to change the oil if I brought another brand from outside, why?

Rizvi is amazing, always a pleasure visiting their garage, very knowledgeable fellas, installed lowering springs on a tight schedule and they did a perfect job.

Not enough sign board for entry point, lack of sitting/rest area. Dullish interiors. NOT budget friendly

I have called this business multiple times over a period of 3 months with inquires to bring my classic car for service

The only thing I got were excuses on how busy they were with nobody calling me back even though the sales manager said multiple times that they would come back to me

Given their customer service, I wouldn't recommend anyone to bring their classic car here

The place I trust to take my classic cars for service or my sports cars. The team very well qualified and genuine. Recommend them big time

Friendly staff and very professional work. Price is great if you relate to other similar garages. They can work on almost all sports cars evidently

The garage and staff is good but waiting or repairing time is too tigh else all the service is great

This review is not just about the outstanding service and quality of Lap57 but in particular about Mr Saud Khan. This gentleman is an amazing team member of Lap57 who *always* goes out of his way to communicate with customers, give valuable advice and even checks up after you have taken delivery of your car to make sure all is good. He is kind, trustworthy and I highly recommend Lap57 but tell my friends to only deal with Saud. He is an asset to the company!

Great Garage! People are very knowledgeable and experienced and give their recommendations if a anything extra needs to be done; however they dont push you to do the job at all

I went to install entertainment system for my petrol Y61, and they did a very bad job, they didn't know what they were doing, I had to go somewhere else to redo the work all over again.

What can I say. I love those people. Friendly, pro, honest, and always are here to advise. They are the doctor of my car, I love you guys ️

I had a good experience with Lap57. My car was diagnosed with many issues reported from the agency. The guys at Lap57 took me over each point raised by the agency and showed me that there is no need to change any parts and assured me it would run without any issues.

I would choose to do my regular maintenance and service with Lap57 from now on!

Would recommend anyone as your car is in safe hands!

Mr Dhanesh and Mr Rizwi are the guys you need to meet! They are very honest and make sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied!

A great garage that helped replace my worn ouy brake pads at a reasonable price compared to what the agency have provided which was alot higher. I highly appreciate how fast they got me the prices and only needed 24 hours to get the job done.
