0 custome Support and unprofessional service by Iman at alzahia shop. She committed to deliver my daughter’s glasses within 2 days which is not the case at all! She didn’t even call to update us on the status and when I called to check she said the driver is off and we have to wait till tomorrow! Seriously my daughter is grade 6 and she has to do exams tomorrow and she will not be able to. So after 5 days they delivered the glasses and store manager Mohammed apologized for the inconvenience

Visited the store through a friend's recommendation and I'm not disappointed with the service. The sunglasses and eyeglasses are all high quality, the store is wonderful and the staff are really nice and accomodating. They know what they're doing, they know they're products, they know what's best for costumers and would help you understand your needs. It could be a bit pricy depending on your eyes needs but they also offer sale products. Would recommend this store to everyone looking for a eye or sunglasses

Service from the instore staff was above satisfactory and commendable. But delivery was very much delayed than expected. When checked for the reason initial response was that the lab did not open the package for fixing the lens. Next response was courier lead time is a minimum of 4 days in UAE. Both unsatisfactory reasons and i would say it was pure negligence from the lab team.

One week delay for delivering a reading glass with zero power.
