A great brand Lexus having the worst service center and customer care ever! Post my visit in Jan 2023, I had raised my concerns regarding the repair fault with the agent. Unfortunately he didn’t even bother to handle this. This was raised again when I visited the center in Feb and the promised me to revert in couple of days. This was also highlighted through the Lexus customer survey. As there was no response, I raised the matter with Lexus call center through Feedback section on 20 the Feb. Unfortunately, after a week when I called and asked about the status, they had no clue about the matter and least bothered…. First of all, I would never visit this branch again and secondly, this would be my feedback with all people about their services across the country, despite of owing a great brand…

Done my new is 300.first service at alfutaim dubai. Even car shows 4000km.the charge was to much. Beyond expectations. Almost 2000k.alfutaim must reviews the market. They must reduced. Even they don't accept esad card. Which is government of dubai?

After I received the below reply, I have sent an email as they requested and I have mentioned all the problems with all the reports, then I received email back on 31st of Dec, saying one of our team will contact you and since that day I didn't hear fom them back, it look like they just wanna show that they care but the reality is that they don't care at all.
I was complaining so many times but its seems useless,
I really fed-up of this situation. I will sell the car and I really don't recommend anyone to deal with Lexus.

It's a really bad experience for a very big name as lexus, every 10,000 KM I have to change the break pads 4 times in 50K of millage and sometimes the drum wheel.
Even after all this, there is sound when I break.
I have to complain every service means every 10K.
I have to suffer since I bought the car.
I had to complain to consumer rights after all this as the service advisors are trying to convince me that what is happening is normal.
If that's normal to pay charges of break Pads every service so that's worse.
I am really disappointed.
