They do not respond to any queries unless you follow up for several times
Basically unprofessional

Bad experience with this Kawasaki motorcycle agent, There is no service, no spare parts, no customer service, just selling motorcycles

Never picks up a call. Never gets answer through phone for anything. I wonder why there is a call centre!

Answer to reply: This is not the first time experience. You really need to review your call centre activity. I never got an answer from call centre in my past one year experience. I always got to drive there to get answers.

I am afraid to take the car again to them. The guy at the front desk, supposed to receive the car for service immediately jumped into conclusion that AC compressor may need replacement etc.simply in response to my complaint that AC is not cooling and I need gas topup. He wanted me to leave the car for one day to check and report. In fact I took appointment and went at the appointment time. Not happy with their attitude.

Miss understanding because of the delay of finishing my car repairing but I understood the issue when I spoke to the Engineer.

I'm satisfied because they are honest, my concern was there is a big delay for finishing my car and timing arrangements is not accurate.
I was upset because of that but when I spoke with the engineer I understood the issue.

17/10 booked a service online and scheduled it at 8am but nobody is around to attend me and it is already 0820.showing level of service and professionalism. Let's wait for some more surprises.

Recipient staff is not professional at all and very rude while dealing with the customers. Timing is very unprofessional arrangements.

Excellent service. Dealer quoted 13k for Steering assembly replacement for my SRX. They did the job for about 35% lesser price using the same genuine part with 6 months warranty. Quality of job is very good. Very polite and professional staff. Fully satisfied.

Cheap quality service center, taking your car clean as new, returned back to you as you take to cheap garage. Bad experience not recommend at all

Excellent service. They have retained the same dealer staff (especially the good technicians) but the service cost have come greatly reduced. Genuine parts too with warranty. Recommended for all who are looking for dealer quality of service at half the price.

Went there for Oil Change of my Beautiful Maxima. They did it very quick and got advice for other mechanical things like breakpads. I'm planning to visit there for Breakpads change. They are professional and well priced.

Went there to have my transmission oil changed. They damaged it by leaking the radiator water into the transmission. Had to overhaul it and they refused to take any responsibility or repair it.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Went there for a repair but the staff did not bother to listen to the problem and just said leave the car and we don’t know when it will be repaired, so simply stepped out.

Be careful, be careful guy's ****kawasaki work shop ***** u can not imagine how much they charge price too high money money money

As i take also my car after they done servise it was an issue they fix and see how dirty my car there guving to me
Actually before when i brought my car to fix i just tak my car from car wash and u can see how dirty my car is
So dont even take any car here for service

By far the worst service center out there!
The one and only purpose of this place is make money by ripping you off!

For my opel astra opc (which I bought from them!) they wanted to charge me:
- 1650 for brake pads (actual cost from manufacturer less than 200)
- 3000 for speed sensor (cost less than 200)

I gave them the car for a regular service + change brake pads, I of course supplied all the parts as I had done the research and ordered all the parts online.

They ruined the speed sensor while changing the brake pads and gave me the car back as if nothing is wrong. Obviously the car was sent back same day!
They wanted to completely change a fully functional turbo for 17,100! There’s so many other things they wanted to change and overcharge me on, quote’s total was 42,000! For a 5yr old astra that was worth 130,000 brand new!

They already lost the dealership on the brands they had, and I hope they stop this hideous behavior of cheating customers soon!

I wanted to buy an XT5 and gave 3000 to hold the car. I received the worst service and now they dont want to give my money back.

Amazing kind gesture of the liberty showroom management by donating part of their sales income to Charity. It offers an excellent customer satisfaction services through a team of well trained staff who cares more to the customers. It is directly located at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan road Sharjah. Services include car rental, mechanical and body work job. Sales of used cars and parts.

I'm dealing with since 1998. And I can say they used to be better.

I mean they still good but not up to the mark.
The competitors had gone way far better than them in the past few years.

The product itself is sold and great no doubt. We are talking about Cadillac, Chevy mainly.

But the service center is not up to the mark.
Also the location is old and out reach for most.

The good thing GM is done is you can maintain your car in any other center. So I do mine in Dubai.
