they can't staff keep cook customer will get order on time I never find restaurant like them very Very bad experience

I ordered chicken sushi and the salmon sushi the rice was not cooked well and it doesn’t taste Good!

Very bad attitude from the phone customer service (philipino guy)
He’s not polite and not professional
and not helpful so we canceled the order and will never order again!

I have previously ordered from them twice and currently I’m subscribed to their monthly weight loss package, I am a huge fan of the food as it is both satisfying and helping my weight loss journey, their customer service is great and the food tastes amazing! I love their snacks as well! If you want to lose weight, eat healthy and enjoy your meals you must subscribe to them!

كان فيه تأخير في بدأ الخدمه وتوصيل الطلبات على مزاجهم مش حسب الايام المتفق عليها
الاكل مب فرش ابدااا وبالذات الدياي (مجمد).

الاكل يوم تطلبه من طلبات والله ما تقدر تاكله الدياي يابس و حتى المشروبات اتييك حاره و لا يوم تتصل فيهم يقولك لا انته اول واحد يشتكي

انا جربته بعد ما قرأت عدد من التعليقات السلبية الصراحة ايسكريم المنجا ممتاز من جهة الكمية والسعر جيد ، الدجاج المشوي والبطاطس جيدين لكن شوي الاسعار مرتفعة وطريقة التقديم تحتاج إلى تحسين. ما بتكون التجربة الاخيرة

Don’t order from talabat or other
they will not bring it fresh maybe it’s been made before days and taste is very bad on top of that expensive

الهندي الي يشتغل هناك يتفلسف وكنسل الطلب بروحه, indian guy canceled the order without my knowledge

سيئ الخدمة وسوء تعامل الموظفين ونقص الخبرة والتأخير واسعار مبالغة مقابل الكمية لا انصح بالتجربة والتعامل معهم

Didn't like the atmosphere inside the place as AC was not that good and lighting was dark

I can simply buy healthy stuff from carefour and cook them in the household - better than getting bankrupt from those little meals

The worst restaurant, i ordered burrito beans, they served brown toast with plain fava beans, it was tasteless, and not proper cooked, i hope they readjust their chef and be more honest with their menu.

Cant customize your order, i have requested specific salad based on my selection yet the staff told me its not possible and i have to stick to their choices.

The service of delivery itself “ the driver” is so bad you can’t imagine I just send wrong location on WhatsApp it was purely a mistake, then the driver talk to me with very angry attitude and like he is talking to a child with very high tone, it’s so unprofessional, so disappointing and very unexpected.

If you wanna lose weight or gain more protein or body building I’d suggest to eat from Low calories healthy and delicious

Everything is good but the staff was unfriendly and not smiling also he’s not accepting the customer questions
