Experienced a disappointing incident with Lulu Muwaileh on Dec 27,2023. Purchased a blanket for my parents, shipped hastily the same day. Upon arrival in India, discovered a well-hidden hole in the blanket. Despite lodging a complaint, received an unsatisfactory response. Sending items with emotional value requires trust. Caution advised when considering purchases from Lulu Muwaileh, as hidden issues may arise. Consider avoiding companies that sell damaged goods under discount offers to protect against similar experiences.

Good ambiance and service
But I want suggest one thing if supermarket on ground floor, it's easy for all customers

They don't have enough cashiers to cater the peak hours especially weekend that serving 5 to 6 counters can imagine waiting time to exit and same applicable at fish counter as well. Hope concerned will resolve this issue to have seamless shopping

Lulu hypermarket muwailah.sharjah.as of now no much shops are opened. Hope more shops will open soon. Only hyper mrkt, some mobile shops and one pharmacy is opened.so not crowded.peace for shopping

Lulu at Muwailah is a spacious hypermarket from LuLu Group. There are more than enough spaces between racks and all racks are visibly numbered. You can check at which number you bought an item last and check for that the next time. Muwailah or National Paint area of Sharjah has now become a battlefield of hypermarkets with 2 Nestos, Safeer Mall and Lulu are situated side by side. City Centre and Carrefour are only five minutes away from here. The glaring thing which is not available at other Lulu, I think apart from vastness is a special section for gluten-free products. Road is congested all the time but a spacious parking area is available in Lulu.

Keeps the standard as its an international merchandise. Sometimes good offer will be available there. Good and fresh quality items. Rush time on weekends.

Lulu always has best gerocies and stuff to offer.

Being going to lulu since it starred in karama. Way back in 90s.

It was a craszee to have grill chicken for 10 dh. Back then.

Good experience I had on my last visit, their rates are also good and staff is running to assist your, they have very respectful and professional staff

One of the best mall in Muwailah. Better quality products are available here. Ambious parking space available. Groceries, households and department stores are here. Along with that additional stores are present here in this mall.

The branch is not too crowded especially in the mornings and hence the shopping can be done at ease. However, if you are looking for fresh sea food, I'd not recommend unless you are really good at assessing their freshness. I had a bitter experience with the Prawns I purchased from them. Rest everything was good.

Do not try the cooked food. Could be cheap, but tasteless and will disturb your stomach. Broasted is better to have.

You have to be more competitive to win loyal customers of Nesto & Safari. They are more aggressive in pricing.

From fresh eggs to brown/white bread, from scrumptious meals prepared daily to availability of several juices, Lulu Hypermarket has it all to cater your grocery needs. Moreover conveniently located in Muweilah Area, Sharjah with ample parking available on the spot. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

We went here today for shopping. Starting from the parking space, there is enough space to park cars. Car parking is available in the first floor also. The supermarket is in the second floor and department store is in the 3rd floor. We can shop peacefully and there is a wide range of collection. Garments are of good quality.
Kashmiri pulao and veg Manchurian from the food section was awesome.
In the third floor ' brown and white' shop is there. We had very tasty puffs, shakes and cake. Also price is reasonable.
One suggestion is that vegetables and fruits in the supermarket could have been more fresh.
Please open more shops so that it will be a wonderful place to hangout.

Had a very good experience in this lulu compared to other lulu's where they play many tricks on offer items. But here I found some reasonable offers

Located in prime shopping area of muweilah. Ample parking space and less crowded. Variety of south indian hot meals compared to other branches.

It is one of the biggest Lulu branch. Newly opened in Muweilah area, near Safari Mall. Huge space for Super Market & Hyper Market. Plenty of Parking lots are there in front and side of the mall.

Worst customer service i have seen many times
. In supermarket all trainee people are worst if i ask something they really lazy to get that items (only indian trainee people)

Very well organised, cost effective and efficient service. I am resident in dubai and felt this lulu hypermarket is well designed for shoppers

Good one. But a few products r expensive than nearby nesto. Fish, chicken n vegetables r fresh.

Getting competitive slowly compared to earlier days. All good stuff except need to Improve on food items prepared ie curry items compared to safari and nesto

Recently opened, But there is no rush at all, decent offers, if you are looking for a calm shopping, this is the best place

Can feel better shopping place.comparativly some items have good offer and have higher cost. Outside more shops yet to open

It's big enough with three floors but with only two elevators and two escalators, it takes quite a long time to reach the top floors.and to get back down as well because they're so slow! Especially during these covid times, I wouldn't go here in a hurry.or in a crowd.

Its big and excellent decorated hyper market. But all the shops not yet open inside the building.they are coming soon. One negative point is that their Fish section. Alwys less people posted there and very time consuming and hectic to get your fish.

Most time when I visited there was easy shopping as the crowd was not so tight. Well spaced walkways and nicely arranged

Normally their meat is very good but last time the mutton I bought was stinking. So bad smell.

Very good shopping place. The hypermarket, department store and few other outlets are open. Other brands are expected to open soon it seems.

A good place for family shopping. Sufficient inner space and space between the racks so it can accommodate the crowd. Support staff are very helpful and not only they guide us on our enquiry but they will accompany us to the product.only issue I could found is that there is no ATM machines of any banks.to withdraw money we need to go to the next mall. And taxi area is empty you have to wait for the taxi.

Never let's me down. Love the hidden imported gems that I find from visit to visit. This week: Cheez Its.
