Madinat Gokul Restaurant

The food is really bad and very poor service. They served someone else's order to us and kept making mistakes. The food is either bland or way too spicy. I ended up taking medication after having their food.

The food was really good and tasty but had a nasty experience as the waiter was standing near our table all the while and also asked for the tip when we got up.

Very bad quality of food! Had vada pav and found two long strand of hair in it while eating. Terrible experience!

We have visited their Al Nahda branch multiple times. Now we tried their Wahda branch and the service and taste was way better. The guy serving the chaats was really friendly and co-operative. The arrangements inside is not that good and not that family friendly.

It was the first time i visited Gokul cafeteria, to try their puri.and it was so good.and the price was so reasonable.forsure ill be coming back

Bombay pizza is a must try. Puchka or Pani poori. This place was started 14 years ago by some gujrati people. It's a humble place. But i like the taste

It's a very old resturant. Their mumbai style chaats are famous. MUST try their paani puri n mumbai sandwich.
Just wish they could work more in their ambience improvement. Take out option is better. For Dine in just 2 tables are available with 2 chairs each.

Worst restaurant I have seen in UAE, Divering partial order in Al Nahda branch and excusing for the staff.
I will not recommended this restaurant at all.

Placed an order and waited for 30 minutes, when asked about the delay, the staff said they will prepare it then. Staff more interested in fooling around than taking orders or serving food. Very poor service.

Food is good, service is pathetic - even if wait in front of the Staff, they will keep cutting vegetables instead of serving you.
Especially the Pani Puri Guy, he will intentionally keep you waiting

The staff are very kind they are very polite as well as respectful
The seating isn't really fancy but it's quite cozy in my opinion
They have a vast variety of foods ranging from sandwiches, pizzas, club sandwiches, Pulao, Chaat, homemade ice cream as well along with ice Gola and Malai kulfi
I've loved the food and I've been going for a long time possibly for more than 5 years now
If they could reduce the prices a little bit it would be a perfect cafeteria as according to me I feel the prices are a little high

There is nothing bad about this place. The taste is awesome and the pricing is comparatively very cheap. Want to enjoy desi Indian food with its authentic taste? This place is for you.
They serve yummy #panipuri and lovely utterly delicious ice gola. Childhood memories came alive. I surely recommend this place to you.

I order for some items they don't delivered it for about 2 hrs it seems they don't want business. Poor customer service. Don't go for this restaurant.

I’ve been a frequent customer the food is really awesome with some good flavors, but nowadays the service levels has gone down very drastically. The staffs are least bothered about customers. I had a very bad experience last day after ordering the food they made me to wait 30 mins and they literally forgot my order. I left the place without having th dish.
If any responsible person happen to see this review please ensure corrective measures to restore the service levels

Madinat Gokul is a pure veg restaurant. We tasted a lot of things there. They have good sandwiches. Their schezwan noodles, and paani puri is also good. Sweets are good too. They have natural fruit ice creams but not tasted good. Aloo paratha v tried was not that good. The place is not spacious. And I didn't find it very clean too.

Been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years they have excellent pani puri and chat dish with cheap price.but from past 2 years I have been experiencing very bad service.they dont attend and take your orders and home delivery is not what your orderd.from past 2 years I am not see the owner around and I am pretty sure that is the reason its loosing its charm.had very bad experience and literally I and my family had to leave the restaurant with ordering any thing.

Super Cafetaria restaurant with wide range of Indian and desi-Chinese fast food. Almost every variety tastes good. My favorite are Pani-puri, Dabeli and Bombay Pizza. There kulfi and natural ice-creams are awesome. Open till late night makes it a more easy option. Small but family place where you get something of each one’s choice. There ice-golas are also famous and kids love to have

After requesting lot of time they always serve the tea in foam cup which is very dangerous 4 health.
I requested theme many time to keep atleast paper cup but they don"t accept any suggestion or feedback.

This rating is for their tasty food and the simplicity with which they run the place. Restaurant serves a variety of Indian street foods and sweets.

Nice South Indian Food and Meals at OK price. Full meals with 3 chapati costs around 15 aed. Clean and tidy, food quality is also quite good. Located near by City centre Sharjah, next to Star Cineplex.
