MAMPILLY MEDICAL CENTRE

Came here for a check up for my daughter.The seasonal flu is in the air and patients sitting around are coughing. So requested for a mask to be cautious,which they dont have and told me to get it from the pharmacy.
A medical organisation .cant afford a mask.

Very accommodating and friendly staffs. Specially, the very approachable dentist I have ever encountered Dr. Fasil. He really took a better care of me. He will makes you feel very comfortable all through the process. The staffs are excellent and terrific. I am ecstatic that I chose Mampilly.

Mampilly medical centre is one of the best medical centre that I have visited, their customer service is outstanding especially Sis Anita, Dr Aardra is one of the best doctor, she is very well experienced and has the best knowledge of the patient.

Very bad experience, I came there morning with my son for dental X ray as he is suffering teeth pain, they said doctor already left will be back on duty after 16: 30. As he said I reached around 16: 45 but different shift people, they said doctor is available 19: 00 as scheduled, why can’t they tell before as scheduled like this, why morning shift team didn’t handover properly to the next shift. I came all the way from dubai second time now they are telling to come back again. They didn’t do anything helpful

I had back pain, as advice by s manivannan i had done three sessions of physiotherapy after this I had good relief.

I got excellent service from Internal Medicice, Ortho, Insurance approval team, Physio theraphy, X ray, Lab and Reception Deparments.

I am a regular patient for Mampilly medical center for a long time now, i am also a regular patient of Dental Dr. Fasil who is excellent in his work. He has treated all my dental problems. What i like of Dr Fasil he understands & treats your dental problems in a quick time. He is one of the good dental doctor around us.

Dr. S. Manivannan is an expert Physiotherapist who is professional as well compassionate to his patients. After having three sessions with him, my wife Susan Thomas has improved a lot for a left hand minor fracture. She is now motivated to do the exercises at home, we would like to give full credit to give to the doctor. The Medical centre can be proud of him.

Happened to meet Dr Ragesh Specialist ENT today. Very nice doctor with good hands. I will recommend him to everyone. The hospital staffs are also very caring. Good medical centre

-On enquiring call The reception lady mentioned less consultation fees but in person they charged more.
-From my experience Dentist, orthopedic doctor are good here.
-Location is good
-Place looks clean
-often they give good offers on health check up

I consulted Dr. Thushara in Mampilly medical centre for my daughter. Dr. Thushara is very friendly and kind hearted, and all services are very remarkable especially the nurse Sr. Jiji with blessed hands. The Registration staffs and insurance team also very co operative and pleasant manner.

Horrible experience with this medical center! I will never ever recommend to anyone. I consulted the gynecologist Dr Aruna she is super worst. Doesn't even have the manners to attend pregnant patient and cant even talk professionally she is really a mad doctor. I asked her 3 times to prescribe me medicine for Diarrhea in pregnancy and she gave me medicine for constipation.doesn't even listen to patients query.just always in a hurry to end up the patient and leave. And the insurance lady along with the other reception staff my god they are as horrible as the doctor. I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGETIVE RATING TO THIS MEDICAL CENTER!

I had severe neck pain, back pain and shoulder stiffness, as advised by Dr Mani vannan I had done 10 days physiotherapy.
After his treatment I had a good relief from severe pain. He explain the symptoms causes and the condition of your pain. Advised to do regular exercises and working posture to avoid pains, He is very kind and passionate about the job.

I had bells palsy recently. Dr. Advised 10 session phisiotherapy with Mr. Mani vannan. His treatment was beyond imagination. Within 6 sessions I almost got relief in healing. I thank him for his wonderful treatment and care.

Dr. BHAVANA BALAKRISHNAN was very unprofessional! She was not willing to look at my infant as shes Running out of time and she dont want to take this case as she need to stay more time than her duty.please note that we called 2 times the reception and confirmed the appointment. But docter was not willing to treat.no medical ethics! Also doest have a heart. Please note that we are at hospital with 2 infants.she didnt even have any patience to refer us to any other clinic.totally bad experience from Dr. BHAVANA BALAKRISHNAN.pathetic service.will never recommend this place.stay away guys.

We found Dr Manivannan very helpful during our physiotherapy session. He was very forthcoming during our visits and also suggested some exercises that will help us on an ongoing basis. Overall a good experience from the staff at Mampilly Medical Center

Went to the clinic with complains of pain due to frozen shoulder. Met the physio and 5 sessions later, there has been tremendous improvement and the pain has almost disappeared. Mr Manivarnan is a wonderful physiotherapist.his treatment is beyond fantastic and his reassuring nature gives a lot of positivity. Will definitely recommend him as a 1st opinion physio.

Very bad customer service.when I called gave all the wrong information that clinic will.open at 4 and waiting till 4: 30 now telling doctors will come at 5.am waiting from 3: 45. They r least bothered about others timings. They have whatsapp also but no use.all wrong Information they provide.very disappointed Came from the office leaving all the work.

Nice Clinical experience and recommended. But don't opt the free parking offer provide for patients, the parking guys are very rude and abusing type, they will shout and ask you to go out from parking.it's such a big shame for the clinic. I had very bad experience and desided to Keep away in future.

Been under the best hands of gynecologist Dr Aruna. Accuracy of diagnosis was remarkable. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. She was also very friendly and treated me very well. Nurses were very cooperative and they are doing marvelous and the insurance team did their work so efficiently without any delay.

Absolutely horrendous service. 1.5 hours of waiting to finally see a specialist, only to realize they’ve booked me for an ophthalmologist and not an orthopedist.

No apologies by disinterested staff, they showed no concern for the time I lost. Didn’t show any support or preference to fast track next booking.

Lot more I want to say, but I doubt it’ll change their unprofessional attitude.

Good service, friendly behaviour from staffs, neat and clean environment, most of the insurance are taking here, excellent doctors.car parking also available.super.

Visiting the clinic at the reception, registration and cash counter they start conversing in Malayalam, even if we don’t respond to them they still talk their mother tongue language and the same with nursing & pathology staff. Only doctors have professional approach first they talk in English/ Hindi and later if the patient starts converse in their local language then the doctors converse accordingly. Better Dr. Mampilly change your reception, nursing & pathology staff approach to patients. Hoping best service from your end.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff, receptionist. Worst doctors. Not bothered about patients. Blaming insurance and try to reject insurance to take cash from us. Please don’t visit this clinic!
