After hearing about their recent renovation and I was pleasantly surprised by the new look and feel of the place. The restaurant is easily accessible by public transport and has ample parking space. The interior is bright, spacious, and modern, with comfortable seating and a large menu board.

اسوء فرع لماك لو فيه اقل من نجمة كان عطيته تعامل الكاشير اللباناني كان سيء طلبت ماك رويال وطلبت بيف رايز ويوم اكلتها م شبعت ورجعت طلبت مره ثانية وخويي قام يغسل وانا رحت اشوف الطلب وكان مشروبي مليان وجا العامل شاله ورماه ورجعت ابيه يعوضني قعد يشكك فيني وكاني ابي اسرقه علشان مشروب والفاتوره يقول ضاعت والسستم خربان ولا طلعو فاتورتي جحدو اني طلبت وطول لين يطلعونها! م فيه اي مهنية بالشغل واسوء فرع للان دخلت فيه بماك جدا والفرع وصخ وكان زحمه ومزعج

This branch are not your choice for party orders, or events the manager is not co- operative in making any adjustmnets to accomodate your pre -order.

Helpful staff. The place was too crowdy as it was a weekend night. Glad to grab a table as soon as I entered.

Liked to have food as usual, but place was bit congested. Clean territory and crowded as average. Staff was so nice.

This branch is the best in my experience, but paying for a what I ordered and they forget to put in the bag is enough! So many times they forget to put in the exact order. At this point they are robbing me.

This is an drive through outlet located inside the ADNOC station towards Ajman direction in E311 road, it is open 24 hours and there is a dine in space also available for those who wish to sit and have food, limited parking spaces are available for customers and it sometimes use to be busy also.
Even though located nearby to 311 it is not directly accessible from 311, the easy way will be after crossing national paints before reaching the next bridge after al zahia take the exit for airport and keep going straight parallel to 311 so that you will get the exit and then a round about from where you have to take left to reach the outlet, in case it this is missed also you will get another exit after the bridge and will have to comeback a little bit to reach the place.
I have tried drive through and the place is good also the staff is friendly and fast also.

Ordered a chocolate sundae, the sauce is barely there, when i asked why its so little they said need to pay 2 dhs more if i want more, look at the photo and judge yourself, and now the ice cream cone is 2 dhs.never again

One of the best fast food chains, equally liked by kids & adults, boys n girls, men & women. Good online offers also through mobile app. My family enjoy McD anytime.

This is to bring attention to McDonald's management that one of employees named (Warking /wacky) of mcdonald king faisal branch was a food stealer, saw him many times but don't have the guts to tell to anybody because eventually he is one of the manager there. Funny right he supposed to take care of things but big NO.yes on his side he is saving alot then)

please take action this kind of persons should be terminated.please watch all employees on branch

Walking distance from our house, just thought to grab a bite with my wife. Yummy BIG TASTY as we wanted. Ambience is OK. Staff are very cautious about & adhering to maintaining the covid-19 protocols. There is also outdoor seating area which is good to enjoy the chilling Winter. Dedicated parking, which is always difficult to find a space in. Ample of RTA paid parking around. We always prefer to use the self ordering KIOSK to avoid the queue.

Ofc best in town and the best choice in burgers. But i would say they should work more on little service first of all. Because in some branches the staff aren’t so well and so are their behavior.

Awful. I've to almost all McDonald's in Sharjah but this one. The Burger doesn't seems from Original McDonald very bad looking.

Their signature burgers are not upto the mark. Expected ingredients to be premium.
The sesame bread is not soft and is slightly dense. The spicy chicken signature had a deep fried milk battered chicken which was very ordinary. Hard to say but I expected more and their premium burgers fall short by big margin.

Dissapointed.

Tasty veggie burger, Guava juice and French Fries is a wonderful combo for 10AED, do try this! 1AED icecream is amazing!

Food: I like McDonald's French Fries, they are the very best tasting one I've tried till now. They got burger and other drinks too which are fine.

Place: The place is very clean although the seating area can be increased since when you come on Thursday evenings or Fridays, this place is heavily crowded and you don't have enough chairs/tables to sit.

Service: They serve your order fast, minimal waiting time even when it is crowded

One time the cold drinks machine wasn't working so they were pouring Coke/Sprite from 2 litre bottles in front of the customers and then they kept those bottles on top of the non working machine. It doesn't look good and isn't professional so I'm rating it 4 out of 5.

Best place if you want to collect on the way because there is a petrol pump on the way and it has a drive through which is very organized.

A very helpful and freindly team, although the restaurent has many customers, the crew are always happy and ready to help,

Worst experience I have literally they are charging 1 aed for garlic mayo where in other branches they are not chaging extra this is my 2nd experience in this branch

Staff is also not good very rude behaviour

They are not even filling ice cream full I have order 2 ice cream 1 with full and other they put 3/4th

Note: kindly check my review for other branch I have given 5 star but this branch.

McDonald needs to think about healthy food options like low salt, low fat cheese, multigrain bread etc. I find their chicken sausages very salty.

Macdonald’s is one of best fast food outlet in region. Taste and various varieties along with super fast service and delivery is just amazing. This outlet specially have very cooperative staff. Today evening i took a meal booked through online app. The lady in charge during the shift was so cooperative and seems professional in her profession. They actually know how to really deal to customers. Very good experience i had as of today.

It's my favorite place. Service is really fast and the food is just wow. Mostly I like apple pie and the mcflurry. Dine in area is quiet and comfortable. Most of the time I visit there alone so I prefer this place as best for dine in who visit alone. Peaceful and no any disturbance. If you don't like standing on line then they have machine from where you can order just paying through your card.

The order was freshly prepared. Yet not as ordered and the traffic around this branch is way too much.

Good Place to sit and enjoy with friends amd family. A small dedicated area for kids to play and seating available inside and outside as well. Next to petrol pump and drive through also available to collect food on the go.

Honestly one of the most peaceful McDonald's I've been to. Whenever I go here I end up sitting around chilling for hours. The placement of tables gives just the right amount of privacy, the staff are friendly and you'll always get fresh food.

الايس كريم عندهم زي العسل والسندوتشات طيبة خصوصا انهم أمام المنزل الذي كنت اسكنه فكنت في أي ساعة من نهار او ليل عايز تاكل تنزل وتعمل اوردر على رحليك اسرع من أن تتصل.

The food is good. Now there is a offer that you can change your fries with garden salad. Garden salad with balsamic vinegar sauce give a great taste

I bought a meal for my daughter on Saturday night 26th of January 2019 and unfortunately she fell sick from their food.she had to stay home for 2 days suffering from food poisoning.customer service is a joke.when I entered the lady behind the counter just looked at me silently without a greeting, apparently waiting for me to smile. When I asked if they had a certain item, she just replied with a single word No, and went again into her silent motionless status. Macdonald's: you don't need to bring in robots, your employees are already robots.not recommended at all.

Fast services, some budget friendly choices but mostly expensive, side dishes is expensive, upgrading from small to big fries or drink is expensive, ordering sandwiche with fries only or drink only will cost the same as a meal.
