Ordered food at 9 and they delivered at 12! Worst customer service too

هذا الفرع والفرع اللي مقابله عند محطة ادنوك دائما اطلب منهم وكل مرة البطاطس وباقي الوجبات فرش ونظافه في الجلسات الداخلية.

Very rude staff, usually mcdonalds staff are very nice but here it is not.expect for one guy (shawn) he is very nice and gives good energy.

Small outlet located in Sharjah. People residing in Sharjah Rolla can access the outlet to dine in as well as take away. Not much crowded but during weekends i have noticed heavy rush. Atmosphere is ok its good to visit the place along with your friends and family so you can enjoy your fav food. Not mentioning much in details as you as know about MCDonalds very well. The brand name is enough.

Stopped by a McDonald’s restaurant recently and got a Sprite to drink with meal. Took 1 drink after getting back on interstate and noticed it tasted bad-real bad. I thought maybe it was where I hadn’t got a drink like that for a long time and that the taste was fine that it would be better in a few drinks more. But even after 10 min or more the taste it left in my mouth worsened, got really sick, dizzy. And my throat was burning.

Fast food that is very slow.maybe overwhelmed lately.but I think its worth while to look at the efficiency of your operation. 26 minutes to get an order for 1 person via drive through kinda beats the purpose of fast food and drive thru.

Was a little disappointed because as they have advertised that they are providing car service. Had to honk 5 times for a staff to come and take my order. Though the order delivery did not take much time which was a plus point.

Cheap. And Convenient. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. Usually, not too busy, so orders are served quickly. All staff work behind the counter and no staff is available in the dining area.

I have been eating from mcdonalds since childhood and the taste is the same.im really proud of them

Worst sundae ever had.i am regularly eating Sundae but from this branch i Had the worst the taste here.not seem like mcdonald sundae

An acting manager Janice is a very kind, helpful, caring, understanding person pls promote her, people like her are needed

Easily the worst MC D in town. Staff needs to be motivated or changed, very lazy and lost. Please check as this place is a mess.

Every week I visit this place and enjoy the mouth watering French Fries and Cone Icream with family.

French fries not fried properly probably due to rush.
Also softie wasn't iced properly. Melted.

Had the breakfast, egg muffin and hash brown. The hash brown was a good size and cooked perfectly. The egg muffin was good too. But was disappointed cos asked for no meat and they still added it and so by the time we got home it was too late to change it and there was a meaty taste in the egg muffin which really spoiled the taste. Fresh orange juice was good.
Would recommend it, but just check your order before leaving

Good food with calm ambience. Only the problem is WiFi that's they turn off WiFi router most of the times.

Dear McDonalds managment i would like to suggest to you to keep doing new promotional items more often than usual, drink your coffee work out your brains and come up with more new items, enough with same old same items.

I’m shocked with the absolutely disgusting service I received from such a big company. I ordered delivery and they told me up to 60 mins. I called back after an hour and they said it will be there soon. I called back after another 10 mins and they said it will just leave the restaurant now. The lady from the call centre was very rude and unhelpful and refused to put me through to the manager even though I asked her about 5 times. In the end I told them I didn’t want the food anymore cos I had made something to eat for my daughter as she Shad been waiting over an hour for her food. They had a very I don’t care attitude.
I’ve eaten at the restaurant before and the food was average but I would think twice about ordering delivery

These people always forgot to put some or the other thing.
I ordered coffe and donut, they give coffe and forgot the donut.
Before happen the same thing with bacon's.they forgot to add bacon in signature BBQ Angus.but they charge proper money without forgetting.
I will suggest people to check their order before leaving.
My bill number 121 bought tonight around 2.15 am 25/5/2019

One of the spacious MCDONALDS for dine in. Very crowded in week end. Value for money fast food brugers and meals are available. Their icecreams are well known.

Hygine is big issue here due to people bad habit of leaving the food tray in table instead of throwing the waste in designated bins
