The staff is so rude.if you dont want customers to use the mcdonalds app, why make us download it in the first place?
they act so rude if you show them the app as if they are paying for our food.the lady literally grabbed my phone from my hands when the scanner wasn't working, it was not even busy.

Very bad customer service. I went to check if they have take away on a Ramadan day at 10: 45am but the staff Ms. Jeena would not attend the customer at all. She saw me waiting and calling her excuse me more than 4 times but she just ignored and continued her work back at the store. Customer service needs to be the 1st lesson taught to all who works in the front line management.

Disappointment with service. After the standing in queue staff informed app service is not working.and staff behavior is also not good.

The fries were very oily. I even saw how the crew immediately transferred the fries from strainer without letting the oil drip well. Please train your crews well. (especially the ones preparing food) We come to your restaurant to satisfy our cravings not be disappointed. Thanks

McDonald’s is open today on 2nd floor in Oasis Mall. Due to opening event Buy 1 Get one was available. Customer and their family now can enjoy McDonald. This will definitely not let customer and kids go back home hungry. All the McDonald’s food lover can enjoy the meal in the mall while shopping. Hope family customer will more preferred to oasis mall as shopping designation.
