My experience with the Dr. Ahmed Alshehadat (Orthopaedic specialist) has been great. Would definitely recommend this place.

I paid for a pregnancy test and I had to call them and ask for the report which was not sent also when I asked the nurse to tell me if I’m pregnant or not she didn’t want to share it with me as it’s hospital policy not to share the details. We as patient won’t understand a report which comes therefore you guys should explain more better. Very horrible service I wouldn’t recommend you’ll to anyone. Horrible nurses.

The worst experience ever! Being very sick I took appointment to see a GP and was waiting for an hour for no reason! Very bad coordination between reception and doctor’s nurse! They made me to wait as if I’m coming as a walk-in patient
Go and learn from other hospitals and clinic how to deal with patients

So dull phone and web services, Answer machine leading you to big nothing.
Booking is a nightmare

I had very bad experience at this Centre in Alsharja.
My wife and me did covid-19 test yesterday 14th. Of August 2021. They sent the result to my e mail but they made wrong spelling of my name which was not as written in my passport although they took photocopy of my passport. They also did write my wife surname as it is in the passport. I took a taxi and went to them. They did not apologise and asked me to wait. I did wait for 30 minutes but still no correction. When  asked for how long should I wait they said i had to wait until the lab answer them.
I asked the receptionist if I could see the manager to complain and he said the manager was in a meeting.

I told them I couldn't wait any more and that long delay is not the right way to deal with me and I left the place feeling very sad for the way they delt with me with no single word of apology or sympathy.

We are very happy. Preetha she was cooperative and helpful, came in the right time and was pretty friendly

Worst experience ever for Covid 19 test. They are totally careless and non competent. I made covid 19 test and did not get the result on Al Hosn due to lack of information and coordination from their side. I made several complains about it, they listened to them nicely but no one cares to take an action and fix it.

They charge 150 AED for the test and don't even upload it in Al Hosn app which is where you can use it for many government work related matters. It will be your problem to call Al Hosn, spend hours and have the result uploaded there. Only God knows how much time you have to spend for it. I called them and coustomer service what they said was "This is Medcares policy to not do it".

Called Al Hosn, it took about one hour to speak to someone. Customer service agent said "a request for result upload is made now but no idea when you will see it in Al Hosn".

If you need the result in Al Hosn, avoid Medcare. Find a service provider who does the full expected work for the money you pay.

The best health care facility in and around Al Taawun area. From the time of check in as a outpatient till I walked out my experience was so good at all points.

Treat very classy, starting from the reception to the nurse to the doctor. 3 days while I'm taking medication I have acute sore throat. I went to the Iraqi doctor, Muhammad Aziz Hassan. In less than an hour, my condition improved. Within two hours there is no soreness. By God, the great, 3 days I was crying, but thanks to Dr. Muhammad Aziz Hassan, as if I had come back to life again. Thank you so much

يسرني وييشرفني انني قد قمت بالتعامل مع مستشفي الميدكير شارقة وانني قد قمت بانجاب ابني تحت اشراف الدكتورة اميرة وفريق من المتخصصين والممرضين علي مستوي عالي جدا ومتميز من حيث الخبرة والتعامل الراقي والمرونة ومتابعة عالية ما بعد الولادة لانهاء الفحوصات والتحاليل الخاصة بطفلي ولما يتهاونوا ولو للحظة معي. وهذا كله بفضل الاستاذة/ عبير مسوؤلة خدمة العملاء الذي اتاحة لي كل الخدمات والفرص منذ ان علمت بحالتي نتيجة تحويلي من مكان اخر واهتمت كل الاهتمام وبذلت كل جهدها كي تساعدنا ولما تتهاون لحظة ويسرت لنا كل التعامل مع المستشفي والمتخصصين بسهولة عالية الوصف واشكرها شكرا خاص فهي نعم الاخلاق والانسانية والاداءالمهني واتمني لها دائما الارتقاء الي اعلي المراتب والمستويات فانها جديرة باأعلي المناصب وذات كفاءة متميزة اتمني لها التوفيق ولها مني خالص الامتنان لدعمها لنا ولحالتنا.
