Megamart Supermarket - Jamal Abdul

24 hours open. Cooperative staff. Always there will be good offers. Fresh vegetables and fruits: little costly but always fresh.

It's ok because they are open 24 hours. Otherwise price wise expensive than other supermarkets in Jamal abulnaser. They have offer most the the time but still price higher than other normal price in same supermarket

This megamart has some rude staff with bad attitude. I always round off and donot take change like 50 -25 fils (not that I'm rich or bragging, just being courteous) I have done that about a 100 times and always tip the service boys but when I was once short of just 12 fils, being a regular customer that staff without even asking me voluntarily cancelled out one of my item. I dont need to go to megamart now, when there is madina and many other small groceries around offering better service.

Weekend have good offers for vegetables and some iterms, small area, you canot find every iterms as per magazine

Life is short, and it is up to you to make it sweet.

Ice cream is always bæ
Flake chocolate is yummy and the ice cream is way better

The customer service is horrible here. Henry (the gentleman behind the cashier at the night shift) was extremely rude. He would not answer my question about a product they had out of stock. He would not provide me with information about when they would restock. When I asked for two packets he threw one on the table. He acted like he didn’t care about anything when I asked him if he was having a bad day or something. I tried to make excuses for him but he was so out of line with his comments. I went to another cashier to be assisted and she was normal. I’m not asking for Henry to be my best friend, I just need basic customer service to be given. He acted like I was getting my groceries for free. He got the wrong one.not today!
