I recently purchased a new car from this MG showroom, and the experience was 5/5. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle. The showroom itself is well-maintained. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was smooth and efficient. Booked the car in Ramadan and was actually expecting to have offer that were applicable in Ramadan.
Very surprisingly i came to know when i been for 1st service tht service contract is not there and I need to pay for it.
When I enquired with the sales personal, he comes up with the lame excuse that since we have not delivered the car you in ramadan, so the offers which were available in Ramadan are not applicable.
Although I am happy with car performance but the experience from sales to service is worst.
It might be the best option to make complain with consumer protection.

If you're looking for a BMW or Lexus type variant but the budget is low, they have a similar-looking car RX5. For Corolla Cross or Mazda, I recommend the MG ONE. For Mercedes, go for the MG GT. And if you're looking for a KIA, the ZS is the one for you. All these brands are available in one showroom, which is really amazing. The only drawback is the lack of a service center in Sharjah, which is why I'm giving it a four-star rating. If MG had service centers across all Emirates, their sales in the UAE would increase fourfold. "

This was for inter emirates Dubai. I had called them on 28/06/2022 to give me an appointment for my car service on 02/07/2022. But as per them all the appointments were booked already. Fair enough. Next appointment date was on 07/07/2022. I told them that i will confirm and get back to you. After that, they didnt receive my call for the next 2 days. On 30th june. Upon complaining about this to their higher management, i finally got a call.after explaining everything to them instead of getting the appointment for 07/07/2022.they eere giving me the date for 14/07/2022. And after an hour i get another call for 17/07/2022. I would recommend to improve your service center. How will your customer book 20days prior to his/her next service? This is insane & also there is no emergency criteria as well.

British style Cars that are Budget friendly, Got a good service from Mr. Abish, He helped me in the whole purchase process.
Saturday and Sunday they are not fully operational, they should add more sales staffs, within half hour i saw 4 families walking in to view the cars.

Bought a Car RX8 from Sharjah, Had a wonderfull experience specially with Mr Mohammed Dahhan as he has helped out of the way to get the Car in time.
Only issue I am facing in a car is in Android Auto in which it shows watermark and sound of air comes where it speeds above 100km/hr.
Let us hope that it will be fixed shortly

Beautiful showroom with free parking available and also have very good fleet sales man very professional and customer centric. Good experience.
