Friendly staff, easy to access. Repair will take a week. Some items like leather repair is not possible. Glue service for 30 dirhams. Buckle change is also around 45 dirhams. They fix other things as well. They will contact you by what-sup to confirm the procedures and the price before they fix your shoes.

Washing/cleaning expensive shoes is not recommended here. My advice is to find another repair shop with a policy to refund you if the shoe get damaged.

Abdul Rasheed have been very transparent and honest repairing and maintaining my watch. Staffs Rhona, Roshin and Milkie were very helpful and patient answering my questions. A big thumbs up to the staffs!

Mr.seveen is a magician of electronics. He fixed my phones charging issues with in 5 mins whereas other shops asked me to change the charging port costing 400+ AED. Other than that he is an absolute gentleman who was very kind, generous &helping. I am writing this review, because I really had the best service ever pulled over any electronic shops within UAE with seveen. He must be rewarded accordingly.

I kept my watch with them as it was not keeping time. I had to follow up with them a couple of times to get the update. After I almost 2 weeks, they gave me the watch back with a big scratch on the back cover which I believe they did while trying to open it. Furthermore, they did not solve the issue and told me that the watch is fine and is keeping time!
Bad experience with them and will never let them touch any of my watches again.

I visited MINITUES. The technician mr Abdul Rasheed is a very good technician and also a very good person. He fixed my OMEGA WATCH and did not charge me any thing as it was very minor fault.but some other very renowned shop asking price was unbelievable to fix the watch but Mr Abdul Rasheed fix it without any charges.
I really appreciate for his honesty.
I wish him success in life.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they replaced my screen but cracked the phone and the camera, and tried to lie and say it was already cracked, its so bad and they just keep lying

Don't get your phone display repaired at this place. They charge heavily for repairs and replace it with a cheap quality one.
They worker told me they would be putting an original display. Went two days later and received the phone only to find a very defective display. When I confronted the worker he changed his statement saying it was high quality not original but the display is far from high quality. On-screen Fingerprint sensor does not work, brightness is very unstable going from too bright to too dim, touch malfunctions. All with a heavy price tag for repair. Never getting anything repaired here. And I recommend not to get anything repaired here.

A bit pricy but good overall. They replaced my g-shock (dual batteries) for AED150. Took less than 10 mins. They do many other things for small businesses as well.

I went in minutes CCS to change the LCD and to buy some mobile cover, is expensive but I guess they have a good qaulity items that's way I change my Mobile LCD. See you again guy's

Yesterday, I went to this Minute shop in Sharjah City Center to have my Rado watch battery be changed for the first time as I don't have time to go to Dubai to have it replaced there by Rivoli. After the battery was replaced, I claimed it and while inspecting the watch I noticed a dent on the underside of the face of the watch which is obviously due to opening of the watch. When I asked, the staff of RIvoli (the Filipina staff) insisted that it was because of me. So I said how come it was because of me when it is clearly on the inner part and because of opening it. She also told that they were not able to check the watch prior to taking it. I asked her since you are telling you are professional how come you missed checking it. I told her that we get an opinion of RIvoli and she told that definitely RIvoli will tell that it is from opening the watch (which later on I went and that is what they told me and even told me why I went there and added that even them will not open Rivoli watches as there experts in Dubai are doing it.) Then the guy staff Sunil started raising his voice and pointing his fingers at me. Very rude and unrespectul staff. Clearly was unprofessional service for creating dents on my watch and have a very poor customer service. Instead of simple apology for their mistake, I got them raising their voice and ignoring to talk to me regarding my concern. I felt so bad that both of them left me on the counter without nobody to attend my concerns. Had it been that I was a local or maybe if they see me rich I had not been treated that way. I hope nobody will experience the same bad experience I had with them.
