I had one project for play areas that need shades, so i tried to contact mister shade team many times for quotation and site visit but they didn't care at all about the job even they didn't want to reply to my calls and after many tries to reach any one of the sales team they gave me number of guy from sales team he is not willing to give any information to me as a client. So i will never deal with this conpany again and i recommend any one not to deal with them because they don't care or even give attention.

I had found this company online to do some flooring work for my centre. Please note, I am giving 1 star because of the lack of customer service I received from their sales man (who I will not name).
Firstly, getting in touch with him was a hassle. He did not show up to the appointment he made, and I had to call him to find out he cannot make it. When we rescheduled, he showed up with a dull attitude as if he did not want our business. After he promised a quotation by the next evening, it took 4-6 days to get a quotation. Once I received the quotation, I asked him for some clarifications to which I have not received any response. I clearly did not go ahead with this company because of this representative.
Mister Shade may do good work, but it is your sales man who is the face of your company.

5 weeks after initial inquiry, 3 weeks after transferring the deposit and still no action. Repeated attempts to follow up, constantly ignored or given false promises. We are still waiting for the scheduling and completion of our job and are a day away from contacting Consumer Affairs. Utterly ridiculous.

Update: After requesting several time to speak to a manager, we were finally given Eric's details. He handled the complaint with professionalism and urgency and promised that the installation would take place within the week. It did and we are very happy with the outcome. I would urge Mister Shade to be transparent with clients in the future, we learned that all their resources were tied up completing a large job and this was why our small job was postponed but this was never told to us and hence, we were kept waiting, having transferred our money. We would have preferred being asked to contact them after 6 weeks when they would have had the capacity to perform the job.

Extremely grateful to be a part of Mister Shade ME. I have worked with four to five companies before, nobody treated me like this. I feel like a family. Great consideration for employees financially and emotionally.

Worst company to work. They treat you like a slave.
They give false commitment to the customers (the work which can be completed in 20days they give commitment saying it will be completed in 10days) and will pressurize the staff and make them work for more than 14hours.
